Absolute worst Bojangles I’ve ever experienced. Save yourself some time from ever getting into the drive thru. They’ll swipe your card, then tell you there’s a wait, make you wait 30+ minutes, and when you try to go inside to inquire about your food.. the door will be locked. These folks show up to work and that’s about all they do. Eventually got our food, but only after going back through the drive thru to ask about it. Take a look at this food.

Please morning time food is cooked very well but dinner time around 6 yesterday I had a 8 piece with fries and Cajun rice. The chicken was well done and the fries were bridle. I love bojangles please stop over cooking the food. The dirty rice on point!

I’ve always enjoyed Bojangles’ food, but my recent visit to the location at 116 Fayetteville Rd, Raeford, NC left me concerned. I ordered Sausage Gravy, Biscuits, and coffee. When I went to get sugar and cream for my coffee, I couldn’t find them. I stood in front of the cashier for several minutes, but no one asked if I needed help — even as employees walked by.
I’m sharing this because I know Bojangles values customer care, and this experience did not reflect that standard. I hope management can address the lack of attention to customers so this location can deliver the great service Bojangles is known for

Worst service I have ever had in my life. The rudest employee I have ever dealt with. Highly highly do not recommend this place just because of the employees. Very disappointed in Bojangles hiring individuals that have no customer service. People need to learn that if they don’t want the job go somewhere else.

I love Bojangles but the one in Raeford has bad customer service. At night there is always a wait on the chicken. Sometimes they don’t have biscuits or fries. The workers are alway trying to take care of the drive thru and leave the customers up front waiting. They need to do better.

Very bad service from start to finish. I wanted chicken wings but they didn’t have any. They told me they start serving chicken at 10:30, and i said it’s 10:20 now so I ordered the supreme dinner. I stood there waiting, it’s a crowd of girls working behind the counter and I still had to ask them for my tea. Chicken supreme was over cooked, Tasted terrible. Service was so slow and they have absolutely no manners at all, they act just like they don’t care. Cashier was Jonquettee. She was horrible act like they hate Bojangels.

The biscuits are always hard and never fresh. If you order a bo berry biscuit any time past 11am it is guaranteed to be stale and hard as a rock. The chicken supremes are always lukewarm. It’s like they make everything in huge batches at the beginning of the day and let it sit around getting cold instead of giving people fresh food.

Had to wait 30 min for chicken some of it was cold didn’t get my sauce or utensils. Nothing was even offered for the inconvenience of the time we had to wait. Wouldn’t recommend coming here if you want fast food or friendly service.

Management really really needs to give each of these morning shifts an extra training on sanitation customer service skills and preparation because they tried to give me cold food early in The morning and this Rude and Mean lady with Dirty finger nails and Disgusting uniform with old food stains on it, snatch the tea out of my hand just because I asked for light ice before coming to the window my biscuit was Completely burnt with a half a egg and my Bo rounds were barely warm then they made me wait 30 minutes for Fresh Bo rounds now I’m late for work. Hungry with a frown on my face just like this Unprofessional lady Man. That slammed the window closed when I asked her for her name or whether or not I could speak to a manager and above it all, I was the only person in line no one in front of me no one behind me

Absolutely terrible service I’m currently active duty military so I asked for my military discount and the cashier announced (I CANT DO THIS TODAY) as a person that is a vet active whatever that is a spit in the face. You chose to work at fast food not me very disrespectful… cashier name kayanna
