We were using the drive thru but we get quite annoyed at the automated ordering that was implemented so now we go inside and place our order to go.
The service is always good, the orders are always correct, and the food is always hot and fresh.
I got my son a kids meal tenders with fries and it was almost a little over $6. I got 3 piece supremes with medium fries. The total $17.94… which I think is ridiculous!
While Waiting for our food, I got our drinks. The Sweet tea wasn’t that sweet at all. I decided to get a Diet Pepsi instead. The Food was received about 5 minutes after ordering. Before they boxed up my food, I asked for extra seasoning on my fries and fresh fries. I was told they had fresh ones in the back. I was given extra seasoning in a small plastic holder. My fries were warm but definitely not fresh. My tenders were hot and fresh. I also enjoyed my biscuit and was glad it wasn’t overcooked. My son didn’t have any complaints but I’m sure he was just happy to get fast food.
Did amazing on my fries this morning again and biscuits were delicious as well. Fantastic morning Crew 7/10/25
I asked for crispy bacon, and what did I get? A rubbery, limp strip of meat that looked like it had been steamed in someone’s pocket. Honestly, if I wanted bacon that doubled as a bungee cord, I’d have gone to Home Depot instead of a restaurant.
Now, credit where it’s due: the robot that took my order was the highlight of the whole experience. Polite, efficient, didn’t roll its eyes or act annoyed like the employees here do. If only it could’ve walked back there and cooked my bacon and gave me my food too, this might’ve been a five-star review.
The biscuits were fine (because even Bojangles can’t mess up flour and butter too badly), but by the time I bit into them, I was too distracted trying to chew through the tire-textured bacon.
Would I recommend? Only if you’re looking for a test in patience and jaw strength.
