I’d estimate that it is every other Sunday we decide to get a biscuit for breakfast. There are four of us in our home, who order four different biscuits each time. We normally order the bo rounds and the boberry biscuits for a snack later in the day.
We were using the drive thru but we get quite annoyed at the automated ordering that was implemented so now we go inside and place our order to go.
The service is always good, the orders are always correct, and the food is always hot and fresh.

I stopped by here around 1:20pm after leaving my son’s doctors appointment. I decided to go inside to place order for take out versus drive thru and I tend to get better food, lol. The interior was clean.

I got my son a kids meal tenders with fries and it was almost a little over $6. I got 3 piece supremes with medium fries. The total $17.94… which I think is ridiculous!

While Waiting for our food, I got our drinks. The Sweet tea wasn’t that sweet at all. I decided to get a Diet Pepsi instead. The Food was received about 5 minutes after ordering. Before they boxed up my food, I asked for extra seasoning on my fries and fresh fries. I was told they had fresh ones in the back. I was given extra seasoning in a small plastic holder. My fries were warm but definitely not fresh. My tenders were hot and fresh. I also enjoyed my biscuit and was glad it wasn’t overcooked. My son didn’t have any complaints but I’m sure he was just happy to get fast food.

We HATE the “Bo-Linda” robot taking orders. And my biscuit was inedible. It wasn’t fully baked and still RAW on the inside! I threw it away. Normally the food at this location is really good. Y’all need to tighten up!

I ordered a Cajun filet and a bo round combo and the chicken was hard, the rounds were wimpy. The server seemed unhappy when I reported the hard chicken. I was parked for 5 minutes to get new biscuit, but it was just as hard. I just left. I think a surprise visitor from district manager is in order. Either the timer is too high, grease too hot, or they didn’t cook me a fresh sandwich. When I say wimpy I mean rounds should be crisp.

If patience is a virtue, then eating at this Bojangles made me a saint. The line moved slower than molasses in January, and by the time I got my food, I was old enough to remember when gas was under $1.

I asked for crispy bacon, and what did I get? A rubbery, limp strip of meat that looked like it had been steamed in someone’s pocket. Honestly, if I wanted bacon that doubled as a bungee cord, I’d have gone to Home Depot instead of a restaurant.

Now, credit where it’s due: the robot that took my order was the highlight of the whole experience. Polite, efficient, didn’t roll its eyes or act annoyed like the employees here do. If only it could’ve walked back there and cooked my bacon and gave me my food too, this might’ve been a five-star review.

The biscuits were fine (because even Bojangles can’t mess up flour and butter too badly), but by the time I bit into them, I was too distracted trying to chew through the tire-textured bacon.

Would I recommend? Only if you’re looking for a test in patience and jaw strength.

Walked in to place my order and I was greeted by friendly staff. A kind word goes a long way. Food was good and the place was clean. As good a Bojangles as any I’ve been too.

I had to wait 10 minutesfor a plain biscuit nail employee was on his way to the restroom. A female employee asked him where he was going. He told her and asked her if she wanted to hold it for him

I stopped by for lunch and it was good as usual, it was so good their mascots were waiting outside. I talked to them about it and they said they feed them every night. I thought it was kind of cool, and nothing was wrong as they didn’t go in at all.

Food has gotten ridiculously priced. My husband paid $11 for a 4 oz. container of green beans, pinto beans, potatoes and a senior beverage. The containers were not even full. We dined in, and they would not even give him a plate to put his food on. Won’t do that again ever.
