I Ordered a Five Supreme Combo, from the drive through. They asked me to park in a parking space so they could cook my Bo Rounds. When I got my food, it was four pieces of very small supremes and a dry biscuit. Looked like a child had already eaten the meal. Also, my Bo Rounds weren’t done. Smh I’ll NEVER return to this location. I’m done with Bojangles too!!!!!!

Sadly, this crew seemed totally ill-equipped to handle lunch rush today. I ordered a basic combo meal and had to wait 15 minutes. I should have driven off, but I had already paid. They said it was due to fresh food coming but my chicken was not that fresh or hot.

Literally every single time I’m getting anything here especially fries or biscuits my fries are ALWAYS stale and my biscuits are ALWAYS hard or either burnt. It’s honestly ridiculous because why do we have to pay for that type quality of food. Sometimes they don’t even be crowded and I still receive that quality of food. That will really ruin someone’s day especially early morning and will make anybody not want to return because this is definitely a reoccurrence with this location!!

Small portions, old food, every time I go here I either have to wait too long for my order or somethings not right. Customer service is very preoccupied with joking and laughing with coworkers instead of serving customers needs. Love the Bojangles as a franchise just not this location.

Hey I placed an order today at the Country Club Winston Location today. I placed it for a 4 pc supreme combo meal with seasoned fries and a sweet tea and my second order was a grilled chicken sandwich combo with fries also. When I was placing through the app it ordered for a complete wrong location. It was the peters creek location where it went to. My order was made completely wrong and my supremes came with bo rounds not fries. And also I got a fried chicken sandwich not grilled and didn’t get my fries or drink with the order. I really would like this disputed or if a manager can contact me about this.
