I ordered around 8:56am today and when I opened the bag there was a bug in my Bo rounds hash brown. I called the store to see if I could a refund and the lady answering the phone was being rude and wouldn’t give a refund. No wonder there rating was so low at a 91. Not a customer friendly environment. For getting a bug in my food and they couldn’t even give me a refund that’s bad customer service.

It doesn’t matter what time I get there.. it’s a pull-up a wait.. they have a family meal available at 5pm everyday… why offer a family meal at that time and never have the hot food ready to serve. Just walked into this Bojangles on country club Road in Winston-Salem. There were four employees, joking and talking in the kitchen. There was nobody sitting down in the restaurant. And one person in the drive-thru. They all decided not to look at me, even though they knew I was there. After two or three minutes, one of them said she would be with me in a minute as she looked at the ground, not looking at me. I walked out by the way, the sanitation grade is a 91.5 and this restaurant is not that old. I hope the owner sees this and looks at the video for proof.

I have gone twice and both times they get my order wrong and incomplete. Workers are not friendly. She didn’t tell me my total price and only stuck put the Apple Pay out the window. I could not recommend going here. She also didn’t close the drive thru window and spoke inappropriately. Paid too much to get an incomplete order.

Ive been to this location 2x and will not be going back. I went here around 6pm and tried to go order inside. I couldn’t get anyone to help me so I did the drive through. I used the AI assisted drive through to order and it actually got my order right. However, I waited 25 minutes just to pull up to the window. The guy read back my order, I confirmed it was correct then paid. As soon as I paid, he tells me they are out of coleslaw which was an individual side that I had ordered separately. I didn’t want anything else so I asked if he could just refund my money on that item. The answer was no. I ended up getting two orders of mashed potatoes because they didn’t have something I ordered. They should have mentioned it before I paid so it could have been taken off. The service here was some of the worst ive encountered from a fast food chain.

Bojangles used to be a great place for a grilled chicken sandwich, but so much anymore. The portion is small. More like a piece of chicken that goes on a biscuit. Their fried chicken is delicious, so I recommend sticking to the fried chicken vs. a grilled chicken sandwich. I’d have to say this time around they put way to put mayonnaise on the sandwich, yet may have been compensating for the fact they had no tomatoes. I hate to say it, yet disappointed today. I do enjoy their breakfast biscuits though.

Drive thru cashier was pleasant and professional. However, the food grade score of 90 was concerning. I ordered 3 piece dinner with fries and dirty rice and ice tea. My fries was the only thing hot, however everything else warm or cold. I plan on requesting a refund. I couldn’t finish eating the dry or old pieces of chicken. Instead receiving 2 thighs and 1 leg. They gave me 3 dry older chicken thighs.

Went through drive thru and ordered a biscuit combo with large fries. Got down the road and saw that i only got a small fry and it barely had any fries in it. The fries were so cold they were chewy. Employee was not friendly at all. I spoke to her and she never acknowledged I was there. Bojangles just remodeled this store but service and food needs remodeling.

It seems like every time you go to get food there’s always a delay. The drive-through seems to always be backed up. The biscuits are very thin. The customer service is not very welcoming. I also do DoorDash at Uber eats it seems as those orders are never ready, and even if they are ready, it takes them forever to stop Powerful solution walking by you and give it to you.. This store has needed help all the way around ever since it opened there hasn’t been a manager in there. That’s been able to get things going the way they need to be..
