Burnt fries, hard biscuit. 8:25 am cajun filet combo order. Not my best bojangles visit. Fries tasted stale, couldn’t even finish them. Biscuit lacked its normal fluffy, buttery texture. I ended up just eating the chicken alone.
Drive through cashier was really nice though. Service gets 3 stars because of her. Never had poor service here, but this time food was barely edible.

I waited 32 minutes in the drive through food due to only 3 workers for only 4 sausage and cheese biscuits on a bun with a spicy chicken combo and an unseasoned fry. This is ridiculous. There was a line of four cars behind me. Two of the cars waiting alone with me had to go inside to get our food. After receiving our food, the drinks were forgotten and the seasoned fries was cold. I requested a refund or some type of discount from the manager and his response was that I can give you a large Finch fry. This is unacceptable and if I wasn’t delivering the elderly I wouldn’t have waited.

Got 2 chicken sandwiches and a kids popcorn chicken meal. I thought the sandwich was terrible. Like it was juicy for sure.. but extremely juicy.. overly juicy.. I didn’t like it. My bf and daughter didn’t really eat a lot of the chicken either. But we did I’ll eat some potato wedges. And they were the best part. I’m not a big fan of Bojangles for the most part anyways but occasionally when my family wants it, I will eat it…but this was just awful.. never again. KFC for life!!

I pulled up for breakfast. I went inside and there was a long line. There were two employees working. They were taking care of the counter and the drive through. They were very professional and the quality of the food did not diminish. The man that was taking orders was calm and courteous and was cool under pressure. He let us know that it was only him and his co worker. They did great and the food was good.

Only go here if you have an hour to do so. Wait times are extremely long, there are only 2 workers in total for the entire resturant, and they both ignore the front counter in order to cater to the drive thru.
It took my entire 30 minute lunch before I got my food.
If you have to use the restroom, good luck. Both bathrooms are locked with keypads and the employees have to unlock them for you.

I stopped by here around 1:25pm on a Saturday after leaving work to get food for my son and I before making 2 hour drive to my brothers house for his birthday party.
I decided to go inside. I got 3 piece supremes with medium fries and bbq sauce for myself and
I got my son a kids meal supremes, fries, and bottled water. The total was $14 even.
It appeared that there was nothing on front burners. I had to wait on the fries, which was fine with me as I wanted fresh fries. The wait was maybe a couple minutes. The cashier was very friendly and kind. Our food was delicious! It was my cheat day, so I definitely enjoyed it.

I just had the worst Bojangles experience ever. This was my second visit to this location, and both times, I had to wait at the ordering menu for at least a minute—despite there being no one else in line. Then, I waited another 10 minutes for my food.
This time, when I finally received my order, the chicken wasn’t fully cooked or fresh. It was lukewarm, soggy, and just plain disturbing. It’s shocking that this place hasn’t been taken over by new management. Absolutely disgusting.

District Manager needs to hands-on review this establishment because this is legitimately an embarrassing location. Went today through the drive through and waited 20 minutes without a *single* car moving forward. That isn’t the 1st time. I work 5 minutes from here and made up my mind that I will never be returning here again. Completely embarrassing.

There is no decent people working here. The workers are rude and disrespectful if there was a way I could leave no stars I would. You need better management for this location. Cause the managers that are dont care if they can control their employees. Not to mention you can get out of your car or back to your car without co atantlt getting harassed by the homeless for some money

Doing UberEATS and the wait is upsurd! They won’t acknowledge you or even make we’re contact. Probably short staffed and I get it but say something! Also, they claim they don’t know the bathroom code so good luck with that. No clue about the food because I didn’t eat there.
