Placing my order was like doing so with someone who didn’t speak English. And she still got it wrong and charged me for a third breakfast sandwich when it should of been only 2. Not to mention, she wasn’t people freindly at all. The coffee without a doubt, was the worst coffee I’ve ever tasted. I worked for years in NYC and I’ve had some real crappy coffee but this coffee took the prize! It was cold and disgusting! As was the sandwich.

My first time at Einstein bagels and I’m impressed. Delicious naple French toast bagel. Super yummy drink. Delicious breakfast and great start to my day. Didn’t even break $10 and that’s hard to do with the economy. Great job Einstein!

Wonderful delicious! The moment I walked in I was greeted with professionalism and smiles, it’s very clean and welcoming they have a fresh begal sign like (kk) i was amazed! the cashier was so very eager to help, I greeted her and explained I was traveling and needed a few extra moments. I decided on a sweet begal warm with honey and almond cream cheese, and a mocha coffee. The service was fast and my begal was so good i got it to but sat in for a bit. So pleased I went back the following day with husband. Staff was a bit rude this day and seemed to rushed but never the less, we enjoyed the blueberry muffin and ham and Swiss begal. Overall a thumbs up.

Moved away from Melbourne about 4 years ago but I still come down and visit my girlfriend and friends. We always make it a point to get a breakfast sandwich before she goes to work when I’m here and they never disappoint. staff is great and service is great also, plus she gets a teachers discount which is very nice of them.

I get breakfast here about once a week. The food and the service is always awesome. Dodi is not only courteous and helpful but always tries to take my order quickly because I’m usually in a rush. She even always remembers my name, which is even more impressive because she probably helps over a hundred people a day and only sees me about once a week. I would definitely recommend Einstein Bagels to anyone looking for an awesome affordable breakfast.

I stop by Einstein’s Bagels at least 3 times a week for a bagel and coffee. The bagels are always fresh and delicious; the coffee is always hot and fresh. There is a nice, clean patio area to eat outside. Bathrooms are clean. The staff there is very friendly, and go out of their way to provide quick and accurate service. I highly recommend Einstein’s for delicious food and friendly staff.

I ordered online to pick up my food and when I arrived I was notified it wasn’t ready. Definitely not a problem, so I sat down and waited patiently. As I sat there I noticed other patrons receiving food that ordered while I was sitting and waiting. After about 10 minutes I was asked what I’ve been waiting on and when I let then know they went to grab my food that had been sitting on top of the bagel shelf for at the least 5 minutes open and unattended. I just take the food and leave and get to my hotel 2 minutes away and my food isn’t hot. AWESOME!!!! What a great way to start the day. Horrible experience.

First time I have ever tried and Einstein Bro Bagels. Service was 5 star worthy. Sara at the drive through window was so friendly and welcoming. You don’t find that this day and time very often. So I wanted recognized her for that. Good was good. I’ve never had a bagel sandwich. I had the tasty turkey and it was very good. They have a great selection so i will definitely be going back to try others while I’m here for business.
