The AI drive through is awful. It hardly understands what you’re saying. The employees were all nice and helpful, why not let them do the job? It takes far less time with an actual person, and it’s much easier to elaborate or correct an order item.

A little annoyed I ordered 2 seperate orders back to back on the app and only 1 of my two orders was ready. Then made we wait and check me in to fulfill the 2nd order so 1 bag is hot and good others now been sitting. Dnt know why you wouldnt have both ready for a pickup. Was not even busy.

Sick of the AI bot in the drivethru. Takes longer and the employees (while nice) still manage to mess up the order. Tired of paying for a premium menu item just to get to my destination to find out that my food is wrong and its not even close.

YOU GUYS, I don’t leave reviews- it’s rare…what else is rare, eating fast food. When I do, it’s typically Wendy’s. This Wendy’s.

One of the BEST parts of any Wendy’s burger, was always the LETTUCE. A “fresh” piece of lettuce. Not that nasty, soggy, stringy, lettuce LIKE MCDONALD’S. Almost like a piece of ‘extra class’.

The lettuce, on the burgers at Wendy’s, is literally what set them apart from all the others.

A few weeks ago, my daughter ordered a BDC. She said it didn’t taste the same.. opened it up, saw the lettuce. It felt like a cruel joke. I told myself maybe they ran out and had no choice- idk. Either way o figured it would go back to normal.

Well, we’ve been back three more times since that day- and it’s still that nasty broke lettuce.

So I guess it not just the American people going broke and pinching pennys.

Aside from that, employees are always and the inside is always clean.

I can’t get over this lettuce thing though, I’ll be passing Wendy’s next time.

I go to this Wendy’s regularly for breakfast, but every single time we go for dinner, it really sucks. The food is poorly made, generally missing ingredients (like bacon) or the lettuce is wilted. We’re never going to this Wendy’s again for dinner. Even McDonalds knocks it out of the park. Something needs to change at this location for the evening…breakfast is fine, but dinner is the WORST.

Came to this location on a weeknight after my son’s soccer practice. Wasn’t very crowded and we found lots of empty seats and tables. The food is not bad, same the prices are reasonable. Only four stars because there was no working menu display at the front counter – we had to order from a photocopied sheet of paper that was very hard to read. Plenty of free parking outside, and it’s located in a plaza with a King Soopers, Subway, and other businesses.

I went to take an onion out of my burger and there was hair. We went to ask about it and the guy in the back had shoulder length hair making the food with no hair net. No employee had any hair protection on. They gave us a new burger that was slightly uncooked and the people were mean after saying things like don’t be an asshole. They where mad we where sitting inside because the “big boss” is coming tomorrow. I don’t know if I’m more mad about the horrible customer service or the hair in my food.
