This store is located across from both Lowes Hardware and Sheetz Convenience Store and is easily accessible from both East and Westbound US Highway 64 and East and Westbound Interstate 40 by using US Highway 601 ( Yadkinville Road ). Store was not busy when I went to order only 5 people sitting in the dining room Service was slow but my biscuits were served hot and fresh.

It is insane at how I have never been here and had a correct order through the drive through.

Food was over fried and fries were cold asked for extra seasoning salt and got none. Sweet tea in the dining room wasn’t Sweet. Servers were OK and Place seemed fairly clean. I really don’t see Bojangles staying in business if the quality of food doesn’t improve. It used to be good now I expect bad food when my kids insist on going. This was a new location for us so I was hoping it would be better, but no I guess they have all gone down hill.

Food isn’t bad but the people that work there suck. Literally every time I go through there, I have to remind them of what all I got and to give me the basics like Cream and sugar for my coffee, Or straws, napkins, ect. Most of the time when I order a water, they forget it, even though they charge me for it. Couple mornings ago asked for cream and sugar for my coffee and they gave me one cream and one sugar Which was enough just to piss me off.

Ordered the 20-piece chicken family meal and was given three sauces. Three. For twenty pieces of chicken. I asked for a couple more and was told I’d be charged—apparently sauce is now treated like liquid gold.
We’ve ordered this meal for years and always got plenty of sauce, no drama. This time, even the manager stood firm like I was trying to scam them out of state secrets instead of… two extra BBQ packets.
So if you’re grabbing the “family meal,” be prepared to either ration sauce like it’s the Great Depression or pay extra for the privilege of flavor. $50 and they can’t even spare a squirt.

Some guy with a bad attitude and built like a water Buffalo took our order. The chicken was dry and I’m fairly certain it was microwaved. The biscuits were burnt to a crisp. I’m talking blackity black black. Love Bo’s but wouldn’t recommend this one.

Ordered breakfast through door dash like I often do, and today was horrible. They don’t read the orders and didn’t up size any of our order. I got the country ham and added cheese cold in the middle and the biscuit doesn’t look done. I ordered bo rounds, and my son ordered fries he got the wrong side. I’m over this Bojangles

Staff was nice and explaining to us different meal options. Speed of service was quick and everyone we came across was friendly. Tables and chairs were not all clean but overall a decent place and food was good. Chicken tenders and biscuits were hot and fresh.

The service was pretty fast this Sunday morning. I had the new Cajun Filet Chicken biscuit with Pimento cheese. It was delicious! I chose Bo Rounds instead of fries because I like to dip the Bo Rounds in their Honey Mustard sauce. The table we sat at was a little dirty and the trash can by the door was leaking drink. Their sweetened tea was not labeled so I accidentally got unsweetened tea, but that was partly my fault for not reading. It’s convenient to where I live, so I know I will be back.
