Food here is good in the past but this is the second Bojangles I have been to since they started doing this AI order in the drive through and its just a hassle. I don’t have the time to argue with a clanker when I’m hungry. I just drove off and doubt ill be going back to Bojangles for some time due to the frustration this caused.

Put in a large mobile order for my family. Went to pick it up to find out they had absolutely no fries. Ended up having to get nasty soggy Bo-rounds. Probably won’t be back to the King NC location again.

Got 2 ham and egg biscuits on 6/5/25. The best biscuits I’ve had in some time. Both were thick with plenty of biscuit, ham and egg.

Crazy how fast fast food has went down hill! Bojagles is the new hardees. No one is ever there, and their food is over priced for crap food! Do not waste your time.

Driving back into the state for the holidays and knew I had to get myself some Bojangles!
Food was hot, ordering was quick, and the window people where very nice for it being 6AM

We asked friends for recommendations for “regional favorites” to try while traveling through North Carolina and Bojangles was on the list, so we popped in for dinner on a Wednesday evening. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all, so it took practically no time at all to order and receive our dine-in meal.
The service was professional, and the food reasonably hot and tasty. The chicken reminded me of Popeyes, and the cole slaw of KFC. The fries were extremely well seasoned (to the point of almost being too salty for me, but my wife thought they were fine).
The reason for the two star review, though, is that while eating I noticed there was a sticker of some sort on the bottom of the cole slaw container. When I was done, I turned it over to find that it was a freshness label – and that they had served me a container that was an hour past its stated “Use By” date/time. It tasted fine, and hopefully there’s some sort of margin of error built into those “Use By” calculations. But based on this experience I don’t think I’ll be visiting this (or any other) Bojangles again.

Everytime i come here they forget my sauce. litterlay every single time. i asked before i left the window they told me it was there, it was not. luckily i checked before i got home.
When i get back to the window i tell them, and they said “it should be in one of the box’s”
It wasn’t. i work in fast food too, do not check the customer- just give the sauce. because it simply was not in my bag, and this wasn’t the first time.
