Amazing young coconut!! Probably the best I’ve ever had. Once you finish drinking the juice, take it back to Bob and he’d cut it for you so you can enjoy the delicious meat inside.

One of the many side road stops along north shore. Stopped here on a tour bus. Overall cool little food stops with shops next door. Food was hyped up by our driver, especially considering we were told they farmed their own shrimp. Got three dishes, two shrimp dishes and chicken katsu. Shrimp wasn’t shelled so the sauce came off with the shell and were a bit overcooked. Sauce was very good I must say, just wish there was more. Chicken katsu was definitely the star here, large portion and delicious.

I sent my son to get us shave ice, but he mistakenly went to Bob’s. He bought pineapple since he felt bad just walking away without buying anything. The pineapple was so sweet, just like when we grow it in our backyard. My son said the nice Aunty even asked him if he wanted some li hing on top. We will definitely be back again!
