Good food.The beef is seasoned just right. Portions are large, you could make 4 quesadillas with the amount of beef in one of theirs and get few complaints.

I’ve been coming to this place for 4 years. I like the tacos but I must say it’s a good chance I will never eat there again. I witnessed the most bias thing happen with a customer. It was a gentleman in line in front of me when I walked in and he appeared to be having a disagreement with the 2 cashiers that are connected to the Bobcat quickie Taco place. This guy was not in the least bit frustrated but was trying to figure out why they wouldn’t serve him considering as soon as I walked in, they served me. It was the craziest show of prejudice that I have ever witnessed. They immediately told him if he could not be calm he would have to leave. He was asking, why did you serve the gentleman who came in after me instead of serving me? So they said they wouldn’t serve him at all. He was cool about it. He made a call and then he left. Needless to say this influenced my decision to never eat at this place again and to give it a low rating! Both cashiers which run the gas station, which is connected to the taco place very rude to this guy!

We take out tacos from here almost every week and think they are the best in town. It’s a gas station with a kitchen so atmosphere not so much but the food is totally worth it. We have ordered a wide variety of options on the menu and can’t recommend any one item over another. They are all good. The filling for breakfast tacos is cooked when you order and all tacos come out piping hot. The salsas are delicious. I can’t say enough good things about this food

Food was pretty good! Salsa options were great. It’s too bad there isn’t a good place to sit… there’s a couple benches outside but it’s not well kept and pretty dirty and lots of flies. So plan on take it to go.

I’ve been a regular at Bobcat Quickie for gas—it’s a solid, reliable, and popular station right in the heart of town. But I want to talk about the taco shop inside the gas station, which has a lot of potential but needs serious improvement in speed and service.
Let me start with the good:
The tacos, burritos—basically everything they serve—is absolutely delicious ,( they do mess up orders) . No complaints about taste, quality, or hygiene. It’s one of the best taco spots in town in terms of flavor.
But here’s the issue:
The service is extremely slow, and that’s the main reason I usually avoid this place despite loving the food. Yesterday, I went in and ordered two tacos. I waited five minutes while the staff just stood around talking to each other. Only after that did they start cooking—grilling the meat, prepping the food. It was clear the delay wasn’t due to food prep but due to lack of urgency. That took another 10 minutes, and then another 2 minutes to pack. In total, I waited 17 minutes for two tacos.
Realistically, this whole process could have been done in under 10 minutes if they just focused on the work instead of socializing. This isn’t a one-time issue either—this is exactly why I usually avoid this place and end up going to Taco Bell across the street, just because it’s faster and more efficient.
I’m not writing this out of anger, but out of genuine feedback. I hope the owner or management sees this and talks to the employees about improving their workflow and prioritizing service speed. You’d sell way more tacos and retain more customers if things moved quicker.
Bottom line: Amazing food but fix the speed and staff engagement. This taco shop could easily become unbeatable if it just got its operations in order.

A few weeks ago, my daughter went to go eat and left behind her wallet with all her credit cards, drivers license, keys, gift cards, and cash. She was devastated. As her first week at Texas state had just started and her being away from home. She felt lost without having any source of money and identification. Today we went to the mail box and there was a package for our daughter. It was her wallet with everything still in it. Thank you to the staff member that found it and made sure that our daughter got back her wallet. I know that this is the restaurant that my daughter and her friends go to. We had canceled and replaced everything and have an appointment at the DMV not until November. So we are so thankful and very Blessed for Bobcat Quickie

This is hands down the best gas station I’ve ever been to! It has everything you could possibly need. The staff are super friendly and helpful—shoutout to Khalid, Rose and Ashley for always going above and beyond. If you haven’t tried their food yet, you’re seriously missing out. It’s not only delicious, but also really filling and the prices? Let’s just say they’re military-style generous! Highly recommend stopping by.
