Waiter he was super friendly and attentive- my sons chicken came out burnt the waiter said he tried to tell the cook it was burnt how ever they failed to listen to him and made the suggestion I complain which I did not my son said he would take the burnt off and eat it, the rolls was cold in the middle there was 2 other tables in the restaurant other than mine total of 5 customers it took us 45 minutes to get our food the floors was very dirty they appeared to not have been swept all day the windows are very dirty inside and out. Pricing was great.

Went on Thanksgiving day and the place was very busy. Actually made 2 trips as the first time it was crazy busy and no room. The Thanksgiving day meal was good, service was a little slow, but every server was busting their butts, so kudos to them. The turkey and stuffing and mashed potatoes were very good.

We love Bob Evans in Madison,In.Food is great we try to eat there a minimum of one day a week sometimes twice. The general manager is so nice and she greets people like they r all family and she is always helpfull to everyone and servers seem to respect her as much as the customers.

Really disappointed did an online order then called to let them know I was waiting in the parking lot, was told it would be awhile?? So I waited 45 minutes then decided to go inside, I believe their may have been 2 couples in the entire restaurant at the time. When I was finally asked if they could help me I was told they were working on my food? I could hear a few women chit chatting in the kitchen area, no hostess.. I seriously do not understand short handed or not why it took 45 minutes for half sandwich and small salad??

This is the 2nd time we have stopped there was there 2 years ago and the service is still the same. The waitress was great the time it takes to get the food takes forever. It wasn’t good. The sausage was hard as a rock. My breakfast sandwich was a mess. Probably won’t stop back again. There were people that even walk out. Only gave 3 stars for service is because of the waitress

This particular bob Evans has the best chicken tenders, nice pieces of chicken and not too much breading.
Had to ask waitress 3 times for coffee and never did get a refill.

Waitress was really attentive. Promptly offered refills. Our order was messed up but she corrected it for us. Wait time wasn’t bad and food tasted good but we ordered the $8.99 dinner plates and the chicken portions were so small. The fried chicken breast was the size of a chicken tender and the grilled chicken was about half as big as the palm of my hand. Not to mention the soft drinks are over $4 each. Food was good but disappointed in portion sizes vs. cost.

We went hiking at Clifty today and stopped here for lunch after. There aren’t a lot of gluten free options in the area, but this Bob Evan’s has a separate GF menu. Living with Celiacs is difficult, but the server was amazing, asked the kitchen staff to take the necessary precautions and we enjoyed lunch gluten free. Thank you!
