Don’t go here if you are in a hurry! Door dash and to go orders take priority! We have tried several times but it is always excuses, 1 cook, servers cut! After a long day who wants to wait for 40 plus minutes for food! My time is valuable!

I got the Turkey dinner with mashed potatoes and fries I also ordered my kids food witch was Mac and cheese and fries and fresh fruit was told that they can’t have fresh fruit because that only comes with the turkey lurkey the menu clearly says lunch and dinner includes a drink entree side and treat.

Biscuits were like rocks. Ordered Wildfire Chicken Salad with fried chicken. Got grilled chicken, no BBQ sauce and the corn was burnt. Waitress was fine and brought new biscuits. Was told to let cashier know would probably get a discount. Told cashier, got an I’m sorry. Very disappointed. Been going there for years. Last two times I’ve been disappointed, not in service but in quality of food served.

We got there when it was slower in the evening for them, so they were not that busy at all. The hostess was rude about seating us, and did not grab any silverware when we sat down. We had our two children and there were no kids menus at all. At first our waitress was prompt at getting us our drinks, but then when we ordered our food, she brought out our rolls (which got cold from sitting so long for our food) then disappeared for 45 minutes. When she finally showed back up from her smoke break (based on the fresh smell of cigarette smoke on her). She acted like she forgot our food when she saw our unhappy faces. We were sitting in sight of the kitchen and we could see our food sitting under the heat lamp for a very long time. Our kids ordered piggy pancakes and they were stiff from sitting under the lamp, the gravy on my wife’s mashed potatoes had formed a film, her carrots were cold, and my home fries had become soggy along with my eggs were oily. This was the 3rd time in row we gave this location a shot hoping for better service, we were sadly disappointed again. We won’t be going back to this Bob Evans anymore.

Coming from a area where the Bob Evans is mid to low rate at best, we were pleasantly surprised by this location. The food was hot, the turkey was tender and moist and the service was great. Glad this has become our new regular Bob Evans.

Considering it is Mothers day, I was satisfied with the time it took to receive our meals. Our waiter was Darren and he was pleasant and gave us good service. Food was delicious.

Took 50 minutes to get my food and the waitress only thought to give us an update as we got up to leave. Food was fresh when we got it but the wait was horrid.

We waited a really long time to be seated which is usually fine. Waited again to be waited on. After about 40 minutes, they took our order. Waited some more then our waiter tells us that he forgot our order and had to enter it. When we finally got the food, it was cold. I don’t expect 5 star dining at Bob Evan’s but cold food after like an hour in a not very busy restaurant, not acceptable.

We visited during a slow time between lunch and dinner. I’m hoping that is the reason why the chicken and noodles were not like a soup at all but literally chicken pieces and noodles with no broth. Possibly this was the bottom of what they had prepared and I just right now, but it was very disappointing. However, the pot roast sandwich was amazing. Our server was fantastic and very attentive. (which are the two reasons I have given them four stars.)
