First of all I did not appreciate being greeted and shown to our table by a young man which thought it would be appropriate for us to see his underwear. Fortunately they were black like his outfit but nonetheless his belt line was wayyy to low didn’t need to know what kind of underwear he wore. 2Had to get our own silverware after food was delivered to the table, numerous tables needed cleared we were there 45 min and one table that needed cleaning before we were seated was cleaned moments before we left. When I ask about It possibly being left for the next shift I was told that they had been busy. 8 tables at 1-2 pm shouldn’t be too bad hate to see if a bus stop by or a team came in. 3 hash brown potion was tiny and I think they put cheese on my eggs couldn’t really tell and my wife said her country fried steak is making he nauseous she wishes she had never eaten it. 4. My plate had gravy strewn across it, the ketchup was nasty and the table needed cleaned. NOT A GOOD TIME!!

We stopped for lunch and found the food to be so delicious. I had the Pick 2: cranberry Pecan salad, which was a substantial portion of mixed greens, spinach & romaine, delicious grilled chicken cut into bite size chunks, coated pecans and cranberries with Bob Evan’s Colonial dressing and croutons as well as blue cheese crumbles. I was full from the salad & my husband finished it. I also got the 1/2 turkey sandwich which we brought home. My husband had the Pick 2 & chose the chicken noodle soup which he found to be delicious, and he also got the turkey sandwich which also included a generous amount of bacon, large slice of hand-carved turkey, provolone cheese, and trimmed with lettuce, tomato & mayo. Food was delicious! Service was okay, but as happens when servers are not busy they congregate &talj, so it took longer than it should to get our check to pay. We will return to this Bob Evan’s to eat again! I took pictures after I had eaten all the goodness of the salad.

We came here with 3 hungry toddlers. We were sat in the corner far away from everyone else. Sat and forgotten about. We waited 30 mins and never even had someone come to take our drink order. Meanwhile our kids were getting upset, hungry and tired of waiting! We ended up leaving and going to Applebee’s across the street. None of the staff seemed to be too concerned that we were leaving.

Update on this review: I reached out to the customer support team after they requested that I do so on the comment below. I received an email a few days later, they were expressing their greatest apologies for the terrible service we received or lack there of and stated that I would be receiving a gift card in the mail in hopes that we would done with them again. Well….it came today, $10 a $10 gift card for a family of 5 thanks but that doesn’t even pay for my gas to drive back up there. I gave it to a homeless man. What a joke

Will absolutely not be back. Terrible service. The lady that sat us with so nice and Sweet. We were celebrating just my daughter and I and went to one of our favorite places. The older lady seemed nice until I asked if she could heat up my banana bread “we don’t do that ” umm okay? Then drops off food doesn’t say one thing to us ? No extra napkins, nothing. Our whole meal my daughter had to eat her pancakes without syrup? Tried to get the servers attention to ask for some but never came back. Both my daughter and I had empty drinks. Again the server never came back, didn’t even bring us our check ? Was going to order a meal to go and the service was so bad I just wanted to leave. Thanks for ruining the one time we decided to go out and celebrate. Do better.

An hour for 2 little country biscuit breakfasts is CRAZY. I do realize we ended up behind the “15k catering order” and it’s still crap. The app or the humans should be smart enough to adjust wait times at the very least. Scrambled egg on the side was an over medium on top of biscuit and covered in gravy. Kinda hard to remove that. Hot cakes ready and waiting a good 20 minutes before the rest of the food.

Bob Evans is a great place to enjoy a “home cooked” breakfast without the hassle of cleaning up! This location is really clean and well kept. The staff is friendly and efficient. For breakfast try the whole hog meal. The sweet tea is a must have also! Plan on spending $30-$40 for 2 people.

From Texas and went to Indiana for some high speed army training. Went here for breakfast and it was amazing. It was so family oriented, the employees knew every customer by first name and by the end of my breakfast, they were calling me by my first name. And obviously can’t forget about the food, SPECTACULAR. The biscuits and gravy . Homemade from scratch biscuits and REAL SAUSAGE GRAVY. Everybody should experience this restaurant and hopefully they bring one to Texas one day

The sausage gravy isn’t near as good as it used to be. Also I am very disappointed with changing the breakfast potatoes from fried red potatoes to disgusting deep fried potatoes with no flavor. Used to love this food, not so much now.

I ordered a country biscuit with scrambled eggs. And it was definitely half eaten before I got it. All because I have made a previous complaint about a waiters attitude. Service sucks. Lexi is cool but the rest are trash. Customer service is a zero. Never going back. I was in could post a picture of this half eaten crap.

Hit the craving spot. Only had Banana bread. Love their pumpkin, but for a weekend, I was disappointed they did not have any of the pumkin. Only eat out couple of times a year. So other than that food was excellent. Waitress-not so much.
