Such good food. This is a busy little buffet restaurant in Sugarland. Although busy the restaurant is a fairly quiet place. Of course there is no wait and the food is absolutely delicious. It’s close to the hospital. We will definitely be back.

Restroom hygiene is often a reflection of what’s happening behind the scenes—and unfortunately, this restroom made me seriously question how clean the kitchen is and whether food preparation is truly hygienic.
The restaurant appears clean at first, but that perception completely disappears once you enter the restroom. The toilet was clearly unwashed, the floor around the urinal was chaotic and dirty, and the area underneath the soap dispenser looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. The mirror was covered in streaks and residue, as if it hadn’t been wiped for a week.
This level of neglect is unacceptable for a restaurant. Clean restrooms are a basic standard, and when they’re ignored, it raises serious concerns about overall sanitation.

I really don’t understand why the prices are increased so significantly during Ramadan. The menu is exactly the same as any other day, with no noticeable changes or additions, yet the prices are even higher than during major holidays.
Raising prices simply because it’s Ramadan feels unprofessional and unfair. It comes across as taking advantage of a meaningful and important time for many people, which is disappointing. I hope the management reconsiders this approach in the future.

Dimassi’s Mediterranean Buffet offers a great variety of fresh, flavorful dishes—from shawarma and kabobs to salads, hummus, and fresh pita. The food is consistent, the desserts (especially baklava) are excellent, and the staff is friendly. A perfect spot for authentic Mediterranean flavors at a great value.

My husband and I met some friends here for lunch a weekday. We used Google Maps to navigate there, but it took us to a wrong location across the street. Maybe they’ve moved and Google hasn’t updated yet, but we had to call the restaurant for clarity. We were there for the beginning of the lunch rush, and the buffet was large and fresh. I only got 2 plates, but all the small bites I tried were good, including the soups. There’s a ton of variety for anyone who would pick a Mediterranean restaurant for a meal, plus a few options for those who aren’t yet won over to the more exotic flavors. The watermelon lemonade was yummy as well. Dimassi’s is clean and decorated in a way that makes a cozy atmosphere with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The staff are friendly and attentive; there was even a large party that arrived without a reservation, and the waitstaff ensured my group didn’t feel pressured to give up our seats as the other group was looking to push tables together. This was my first visit to Dimassi’s, but I will definitely be back another time!

The food was okay, I think other locations had better tasting food but it’s still a good, reliable mediterranean buffet. A male worker commented about my boyfriend’s daughter looking like a woman (she’s 9) and that really got under his skin. The location atmosphere is kind of nice with the patio, other locations do not have outdoor seating.

Stopped by for dinner today and it was such a pleasant experience. This was my first time eating Mediterranean food so I tried a little bit of everything to get a feel for what I like and I was surprised at how much I enjoyed it! The kafta kabob was delicious, and I loved the rice with lentils. And the pita bread – freshly baked and so yummy! I will definitely be a returning customer next time I am in the area.

Everything here exceeds my expectations. The salads all have different hints of flavors mixed into each one individually. The soups are warm and delicious and the rest of the meals are excellent. The desserts are made perfectly as well as the warm homemade breads and pizzas. The watermelon lemonade with a hint of mint is so refreshing. The atmosphere is so warm and inviting. I love this place.

First of All ! They have not updated their menu and prices on website .. it shows 20.99 for dinner but when we reached they said Iftar time is 25.99 ! Cheating!
Then when we started having the food … the baked potatoes were like they were the left over and rebaked or whatever… not fresh at all !
The fried fish … SAME OLD fish .. not fresh ! It was left over and refried probably.
Not worth of the price and the food had no flavor. Very disappointed ☹️! Not coming again.
I can eat much much better fresh food at this price.
Overrated!
