The waitress was fantastic. She had a huge party of about 20 people, 2 of us, and about another 7-8 tables. She kept all of us straight and waited on all of us as if we were the only ones she had to serve. She was phenomenal. The food was all perfect. We love Bob Evans. Everywhere we go we can always count on having a great meal. Very consistent experience everytime, everywhere.

Every time I order for delivery I always miss a meal because they don’t have any food. It’s taking forever to get a refund. They say 3 business days and today marks 7 days and still no refund. Communication when not having the food I ordered is horrible. If you don’t have certain things, then mark it offline. I’ve been in restaurant management all my life and least I know how to communicate with customers and turning off things online if unavailable. Don’t get me started with portions. It don’t matter if it’s carry out or delivery each time they are small but bigger when dining in and plus and always forget stuff. For example, when ordering a soup, no crackers, order rolls for the bread type, no butter. If you all need a Kitchen Manager or someone who can expedite then I am your guy. That little stuff I am complaining about won’t slide with me. Other than complaining the food is decent and staff is very friendly.

The food was great! First time I get their potato soup and it is probably one of the best I’ve ever had in the United States. I love everything on the menu, but their banana bread has a special place in my heart!

Met w/friends for a reunion. Waitress was very friendly, patient & helpful. Friends loved what they ate. I just had iced tea; very good tea (not bitter, got unsweetened & that’s what I wanted). Waitress had to help out w/another section & let us know, asked if we needed anything else. Best Bob Evans service I can remember receiving!

The actual restaurant is a great place. It’s usually pretty clean and fast service and they have really good food but ordering from the website can be a real pain. I give their online service 1/4 stars.

Christian was very attentive to us and the other customers in this section, thank you for great service . We shared the cinnamon bites ( yummy) and the biscuits and gravy ( always a favorite). We love Bob’s and this was definitely a great experience.

Always a good choice. We were there around 1:30 pm. They were still pretty busy. Very impressed with the young man who was our server. He was at a dead run. There was also another server, but she didn’t seem to have nearly as many tables. He was very attentive to all his tables. He let us know when we should expect our food. Checked on everyone to see if anyone needed anything with great consistency. This young man obviously cared about his customers. Impressive.

We ordered Pickup. After ordering, the food was supposed to be ready at 805 pm on Easter Sunday. I showed up about 815 pm. After not being able to locate my order for a some time I was told some of the food was ready and some was not. They were not very busy and only had a few tables. The food that was ready was sitting in a basket behind the checkout counter and not under a heat lamp. I waited about 10 more minutes and asked the hostess what we were still waiting on. She told me it was a salad and she was about to go make it right now. She made the salad and put it with the rest of my food. I waited a few more minutes and asked it if the salad was all we were waiting on. She said no there was more and she would go check. I expressed to her I didn’t like my food sitting in the basket getting cold while I waited on the rest of the order. She apologized but didn’t offer a solution of any kind. About 10 minutes later I asked again if there was anything we were waiting on. She checked the order and said it was all there and handed it to me. I checked the food and the salad she had made was missing. She located the salad and gave it to me. At this point I saw the manager up front doing things. After getting my food I expressed again how disappointed I was that my food was cold. At this point it was after 840 pm and I wasn’t the only one that was waiting on food. She apologized again and I left angry. Upon getting home I realized my order was missing biscuits and gravy as well that I didn’t notice when checking at the restaraunt. I will never give them a penny of my money. I love Bob Evans. I worked at a different location for a couple years as a teenager. I will eat Bob Evans still….but never here. Buyer Beware
