I came in to eat dinner with my family on Friday feb6th 2026. My family member works at this establishment. It was 50° outside so we were all in hoodies and sweatpants which I feel is appropriate attire to wear to Bob Evans restaurant. Nothing was inappropriate. Nothing was rags. They were nice clothes. one of the servers Ashley who to my knowledge is also a manager. Began discussing me and my family with the other servers and coworkers of hers that we were disgusting and in rags, and she would never come to her work establishment dressed like that then also continued to insinuate and lie that me and my family smelled like drugs, and that guest were complaining. I’ve been driving in the car for six hours total that day with a four and a six-year-old please don’t insult in my intelligence ever again insinuating that I do drugs with my kids or do drugs at all. Your general manager has stepped to my family member about this in a very unprofessional way very uncalled for she was off the clock and off duty. Also the other manager, Marcy has not known that I have been sitting there in the lobby when my sister came into work and I watched her roll her eyes every time my sister spoke and when she walked around the corner, she said “ I’m allergic to whatever that is” my sister has spoken to her general manager and contacted HR and a lawyer about being discriminated against for her being autistic by ashley. Everybody else who works there is wonderful pleasant nonjudgmental, and offers great service.

I usually hate leaving bad reviews, but sadly this will be one of those. The other day my family and I decided to order from this location. Went and picked the food up to eat at home. When we got home everyone’s food was delicious……. However when it came time for me to eat my Buffalo chicken sandwich. It was trash. The outside(breading) was hard as a rock, and the inside appeared to not be fully cooked. So I called up the location, and spoke with the manager about this issue. His response to me was literally I don’t know how it can be like that, and what am I supposed to do. At that point I became a little irritated. I then proceeded to tell the gentleman is there any chance I could just have it remade. He then insisted on giving me a refund, which I refused because the rest of my family was already enjoying thier meal. When I got there the manager kind of just looked at me and again said I don’t know how it can be that way we prepare it. Set the food down on the counter and walked away.
As far as my sandwich after it was remade was perfect! I guess as far as my review goes maybe a little refresher as far as management goes on what to do in certain scenarios, how to approach it and apologetic!

Bob Evan’s food never disappoints… we took our local relatives to dine here and our group consist of 8pax of kids and adults mix.
Server does not seem happy with serving our group but still gave her a $20 tip.
Great place to start your day catching up with friends and family so I forgot to take some photos of our food and the place itself.

Let me tell you. My family & I were very impressed with Bob Evans Thanksgiving Feast…made to order!! All I had to do was pick up, heat up & Serve! It was both delicious & plentiful. Thank you Bob Evans for a wonderful meal which made visiting the family easier!

This holiday, we were unable to cook for ourselves or eat out. The Bob Evans Thanksgiving dinner we picked up was delicious and everything was quality cooked! The portions and price were excellent allowing us to have leftovers. Very thankful for your service on this holiday and hope it’s available for the next.

Chrissy is a fabulous waitress. Our food was fresh and hot. We tried the new honey butter chicken and biscuit breakfast and the three meat omelet. Highly recommend both dishes.
4/28/24 – disappointed in what we received today. Most of it was good, but the Blue Ribbon bacon was not. The picture of the sign is what we thought we were getting, the sticky bacon swimming in goo is what we got. The server knew that and didn’t warn us ahead of time. We have ordered this before at this location, and it came looking like the picture. Very hard to eat. My husband and I couldn’t eat our 5 pieces of bacon. The appleberry splash juice was good though.

I am beyond disappointed with the way my family was treated at this Bob Evans location.
We were refused a kids grilled cheese meal for my 14-year-old daughter who is disabled and has very limited foods she can eat. She barely weighs 90 pounds, and this is one of the few foods she tolerates. Despite calmly explaining this, the staff refused service simply because she is “over 12.”
What made this situation unacceptable was not just the policy, but the rude, condescending behavior we were met with. Our server, Deborah, spoke to us as if we were beneath her, with an attitude that was dismissive and degrading. When we asked for a manager, the manager was just as rude and unhelpful, showing zero compassion or willingness to resolve the situation.
To make matters worse, I showed them that I could literally order the exact same item online and sit there until it was ready — yet they still refused and continued to treat us poorly.
We have been loyal customers for years and even ordered our Thanksgiving meal from Bob Evans this year. Never have we experienced service this disrespectful. For context, my husband is a county fire department paramedic and a military veteran, and both I and another person in our party are teachers in this county. Regardless of profession, no family — especially one caring for a disabled child — should ever be treated this way.
This location has lost several longtime customers today. We will absolutely be sharing this experience with friends, coworkers, and family. Policies without compassion, combined with outright disrespect, are unacceptable.

Last night took my son an wife to the resteraunt. We usually order the 8.99 special with the 4.99 upgrade . Waitress came over asked what we wanted an ordered waters. Came back asked my wife if she was ready to order. She has said she would like the three tender meal an the 4.99 upgrade. Waitress denied to do that. Ahe said it was only good for the 5 piece. Wife handle her self well try to explain she always gets the 8.99 with the special. Was totally denied. Seeing my wife frustrated I stepped in. Explained to the waitress the add states all entry an we had been coming there for 20 years an always got it. The waitress continue to argue an denie us service. She then tikd us she was getting us another server. We’ll seconds later u heard all about us yelling an screaming behind the wall letting the customers here the whole thing. We waited patiently for another server an never came out. The embarrassment an the humiliation fron that waitress because she didn’t up grade our meal was embarrassing. Lawyers possible. No need of her even being allowed to work. Got corporate on this an possible legal. So if anyone feels like being humiliated please see a dirty blond waitress glasses tattoos kind of heavy set. She has the best of the best to embarrasse u.

First time visiting a Bob Evans, food was mid in my opinion. Got the blueberry pancakes with bananas on top and there just wasn’t a lot of flavor, my partner got the biscuits and gravy with sausage and couldn’t even finish it. Server was nice, just not our type of breakfast spot.
