Went to this Wendy’s on Sunday day after the snow storm they were busy as expected since everyone else had closed down busy was not the issue. The issue is the co workers had friends they’re hanging out talking like this is not a business using profanity with a lobby full of customers one coworker that head the headset on for drive thru the words that came out of her mouth standing at the front counter is ridiculous the manager said nothing. The food was horrible my order was wrong and not to mention they were putting people door dash orders on the floor

The fries tasted like they were cooked in fish oil. The store was so smoky I could not breathe . They are not changing the oil like they should be. If they are not willing to meet the bare minimum on cleanliness I’m afraid to see what the rest of the kitchen looks like. This will be the last time I go there. I’ve asked them before why the restaurant was so smoky and was told they were waiting on new oil to be delivered. Apparently they do not have the proper supplies to run this store or a manager who is focused on quality.

Went through the drive-thru, ordered two chicken wrap combos. Really slow serving each car ahead of me, had several cars pulled up, waiting for their order. Paid and got drinks and was asked to pull up to wait. Sat for 10 minutes, then went inside to see what’s going on, when I inquired about my order it was sitting on the counter at the drive-thru window. One of the four guys standing there handed it to me and I left. Never did get straws or napkins and when I got home the wraps were pretty sorry. Looked like mostly wrapper to me.

Every time I come here the food has breakfast terrible! It’s cold and stale and old. The guy with the ponytail is rude as heck. Most of them are not very friendly and you have to wait forever to get your food or order. I’m done going there. I can’t spend another dime at this place

Literally the worst experience ever. Sorta. I stood at the counter waiting to be helped for over 10 minutes. Was never even acknowledged, let alone actually helped. Workers in the back making food were moving slower than any fast food workers I’ve ever seen. Place was dirty. So strange. Left and now I’m hungry. I doubt this review will make a difference for anyone but I gotta try.

Went through the drive-thru tonight, and I’m not sure who the guy was that they had working, however, they realized they had forgotten one of the burgers and chased me down all the way across the parking lot to Big Lots to make sure I got it. Everything was amazing.

The managers argued over Spoiled lettuce. The argument was loud and obnoxious! They continued to sell and serve the spoiled lettuce to customers in the drive threw. The young lady who took my order, she opened the wrapper of my already prepared burger, and used her fingers / gloves that she was using to clean, scour through my sandwich and then rewrapped it all while I was looking at her. Filthy, disgusting! Plus I was overcharged for my food. The menue board states that a Biggie bag double stack is $5.00, I was charged $6.54. I attached pictures of the reciept and menue board on Google reviews. The arguing and serving of soiled lettuce was a heartbreaker!

Terrible and painfully slow service. Multiple workers just laughing while people are waiting on mobile orders through drive thru. Claim one register is open so they can only make food on a per order basis with 3 people working. Should get 0 stars.
