This restaurant is absolutely horrible. I was shocked. I sent so many people here and have wonderful memories . It is very obvious that good management doesn’t exist at Bob Evans anymore . I ordered Pot Roast and coffee . My husband ordered soup and salad with unsweetened tea. This is a easy fix. Soup was ice cold as well as mashed potatoes. This is a great Bob Evans location. The food is always hot and fresh, and the waitresses are always sweet and attentive. I like that their full menu is available all day. It’s also the cheapest meal in Calvert County!

I never write bad reviews because I get it how things happen. But this is just pure not thinking. I ordered takeout and this is how my “side” of mashed potatoes were given to me. I have ordered takeout many times and usually mashed potatoes are in a separate containers. Do better Bob Evans. Service had been going down hill since COVID. Makes me sad

Got the drink order and when they brought the drinks took our food order. “Sorry but we are out of lettuce”. There are two food stores less than a mile. We left went home and made our own BLT’s

I should have turned around and left as soon as I saw that the parking lot was almost empty on a Sunday afternoon. That was the first of MANY red flags. We were sat at a dirty table that still had spilled coffee and syrup on it. Our silverware was dirty (still had food on them). Asked for a new set, which were also dirty! The menu I was handed had something sticky and gross on the inside of it. I had to go was my hands and get a new menu. My glass of water had something gritty (probably food particles) on the outside, which made me not want to touch it at all. I am beyond disgusted and thoroughly disappointed to the point where I feel like I need to take a shower just from being inside the restaurant. Needless to say, we left without eating. I wish I could leave negative stars!! The only positive experience I had at this restaurant today was our server. She was very kind and patient. We will not be returning to this Bob Evans!

Shout out to Mariah for being an awesome server. We had dietary restrictions and she took the initiative and made sure what we ordered was exactly right – even to the point of putting a couple of dishes together herself. It was a great experience, low key and very enjoyable. Mariah was super patient with us. 5 Stars all the way!!!

2 strips of bacon on a blt when you paid for extra. Pot roast sandwich didnt even have 2 tbsp of meat on it . Too expensive not to atleast get a little something more.
