Bluestone Kitchen + Bar is founded on the mission of providing our guests with premium hospitality in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Established in the Winter of 2022, our American-Style restaurant is owned and operated by three Hudson Valley locals: Vincent Petrella, Andrew McArtin, and William Perry. Our combined industry experience has equipped us to offer our community consistent satisfaction, upheld by an expectation of integrity, connection, and quality. We welcome you as our guests for lunch, dinner, dessert, and a drink. We offer a full bar program including non-alcoholic cocktails, and a diverse, inclusive food menu with ample gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options. Sat at the bar on a Wednesday night with a girlfriend- we had the BEST TIME! Ian and Andrew were behind the bar and they were amazing. We shared everything and we were delighted with the food- corn fritters and the sausage app (the fruit on the sausage app was such a great compliment to the dish), fried chicken and the smash burger for dinner. We added egg and bacon- the bacon came out crispy as we requested and the burger was gone in minutes . I thought it was great the burger came with 2 sides, we chose the citrus slaw and tossed salad. The fried chicken was exceptional and we loved the pairing with sweet potato mashed. We had peach cobbler for dessert and that was so tasty as well. 5/5! Food, drinks, service! I love they offer root beer on tap. They’ve updated the decor and it’s very clean and modern. We will be back! The owners are 3 young gentleman who are veterans of the industry- we were so impressed and happy to be there and experience Blue Stone! Side note- get the side of tempura onion rings- far superior to the rest. Light and crispy batter, and the honey mustard paired with these was addictive! The crowd was friendly and full of locals we knew.

We were so very happy with our whole experience at Bluestone. The staff were all lovely and our server Molly took great care of us. The drinks were delicious and the food was wonderful! We had the corn fritters and chips and dip and both were excellent. We also had the eggs benedict and the bluestone breakfast. Eggs were cooked perfectly and the flavors were on point. We couldn’t help ourselves and ordered dessert. The cobbler and waffle sundae were the perfect ending to our meal. Just delicious. We loved the ambiance on the patio and the restaurant is tastefully decorated and maintained. We will be back! Highly recommend!

Tried Bluestone and I should have went earlier lol. Its a small spot but they do have a parking lot which is nice. Walking in is very welcoming. The guy at the bar, didnt get his name but he was very friendly. I was told to try the fried chicken sandwhich by other customers and glad I did because its the best one Ive had. They even crisped the fries perfectly. I also got their corn fritters and were also the best ones ive had with their homemade sauce. All i can say is wow and Ill be back soon.

I came here last night to try it out and had a phenomenal experience. Food was amazing, place is well designed, and got great service from Liz and Ian! If you want to treat yourself on a weekend night in pk, this is my top recommendation! Definitely would go there again!

The concept is good, but it felt like they are just trying to copy culinary concepts from other restaurants. The food looked good but the flavor was bad, the menu over promised and under delivered, the server was adequate but disengaged. Definitely will not be back. Drinks were good.

Love this place. The food is always fresh and steaming hot. All the dishes we’ve tried so far have been amazing, but my favorite are the fries tbh. Idk what they put in those fries, but they are the best I’ve had in Poughkeepsie. The service is very good also. The place is clean, well maintained, with ample parking. One of our favorite places to frequent in the area.

It was our anniversary, we sat at 4:30. Waited 45 minutes for calamari, sat for almost an hour and a half total with no entrees. Tables that sat after us got apps and entrees before us so I know it’s not the kitchens fault. We won’t be back.
