This was our first visit to this highly recommend restaurant. The food was all very good and the portions were decent size for the price. There were four of us (two adults, two teens) and our bill for lunch was around $100 not including tip. This included a small queso appetizer, 2 beers, 1 small margarita and 4 meals. We were there during a busy lunch our so the service was a little slow, but not terrible. We will definitely visit again to try more of their taco options and hopefully sit outside on their cute patio area.

We came here for my husband’s birthday. They put a hat on him, sang, and he got a shot of tequila. The food was ok. I got the barbacoa tacos with black beans as a side. For the price I wasn’t impressed. The salsa that came with it was the best part. Someone in our group got the Margarita flight. They were packed and the food and service were both slow.

This is definitely one of my favorite Mexican restaurants! The street tacos are great, but just a little over salted and their Mexican rice is hands down the best I have had. Margaritas are crafted well and delicious. Getting the flight of margaritas is a great way to try some new ones and find the ones you really like (Mango was the best in my personal opinion). Would highly recommend!

Blue cactus has been amazing. Absolutely delicious. Not just your standard taste of things but so many wonderful varieties. Lots of options for those of us that don’t like things too spicy. The staff was fabulous, took care of our every need. Couldn’t have asked for more. This has also been my son’s favorite restaurant for quite a while.

We were seated immediately as it was only about half full, but after we ordered, it took 25 minutes for food to come. A couple of us ordered the same menu item, one as listed and the other with sour cream on the side and no shrimp. When they brought it out, he immediately realized the mistake and said he’d go fix it, then brought it back with the sour cream again for whatever reason. After we started eating them, we realized that they had given the altered dish without the shrimp to the wrong person. We ordered an unsweetened tea and they brought sweet instead. Our waitress let drinks go empty and at one point, we went to the bar to order drinks ourselves. Overall, the food was what you’d expect for any Mexican restaurant, but the service wasn’t great.

1st Timer! Someone told me about this place and I’m so happy I tried it out! This restaurant was so bomb!! I had a cucumber margarita which sounds as it tastes! Yum! Very good and refreshing! I ordered chicken fajitas (my fav) which was very fresh and surprising still hot as I was leaving! My server was so sweet and attentive. Ask for Amy!! There was no music playing and they turned it on for us without a problem and it just was a nice touch to the whole ambience of this restaurant. Definitely will be back and I’d definitely recommend!

This was our first time here and we were pleasantly surprised. The chips were crispy and fresh, and the salsa was a bit chunky with lots of fresh roasted tomato and pepper flavors and vibrant as well. The queso had a bit of a spicy kick to it that all of us enjoyed. My son ordered the Arroz Con Pollo off the kid’s menu, and loved every bite. My wife couldn’t stop raving about the Carne Azada specialty plate. Lots of delicious food with great flavors which is what my wife said. I ordered the Tacos de Flor de Calavaza, and they were delicious. Fresh squash blossoms in a taco with corn, tomatoes, avocados, queso fresco and molcajete sauce. Light and delicious meal. I topped it off with a side of Spicy fresh veggies and quinoa. Fresh zucchini, squash and onion perfectly cooked in a very spicy and flavorful tomato sauce. Wow. I couldn’t stop eating those veggies because it was so delicious. Even with my mouth burning I enjoyed each and every bite. It is not for the faint of heart because of the spice level. We were greeted and waited on by friendly staff members, and look forward to our next visit.
