Blu Burger Grille is a hospitality driven restaurant specializing in award-winning craft burgers for over a decade. Build Your Own, or simply choose one of the tested and proven classics and leave it to the chef. The menu is designed for any creative eater, featuring premium meats such as Natural AAA Angus, Prime Grade Beef, Certified Organic Bison, and Turkey. Also on the menu is vegetarian and vegan options, a range of gourmet toppings, and delicious buns with gluten-free options. Signature dishes include seafood, chicken, and pasta entrees and amazing soups and salads. Sides such as Parmesan Truffle Fries and Double Battered Onion Rings are always included. They aren’t kidding when they say they have the best burgers! Every burger I’ve tried thus far, have been absolutely amazing. Perfect flavor combos, great quality meat, nice Buns, good onion rings and fries too! Service was great each time I’ve been there, and the menu options are great.

Great restaurant. Had a burger, but there are so many more options from salads and chicken sandwiches to fantastic deserts. The staff was super friendly and prompt with refills. They have a full bar with daily specials. The burger was cooked exactly how I requested it and all the toppings were fresh and delicious. Choose from about 8 different types of burgers from Kobe beef and Bison to chicken or mushroom! Then either build the burger you want choosing type of cheese and bun then toppings or you can choose one of their signature burgers. There is a reason Blu Burger Grille has won best burger in the valley for 5 years in a row! Be nice to the staff and you might even get a gift for your next visit!

Nice burger joint in North Scottsdale. Made my own burger with GF bun and chipotle mayo – delicious. Other member of our party had the fish and chips also yummy. Fries are just ok. Not sure if I would make another 30 min ride but if I’m nearby I would certainly go back.

I ordered the Blu cheese burger naturally. Asked for medium rare and it came absolutely perfectly cooked and was amazing. Burgers are a hard one to review since everyone and their mother does burgers. With that said there are a lot of good burger places and I probably have 5-10 all time favorites. This place, for only going once has a real shot at being in my top 10 of all time if they can be consistent with cook temps and quality control. I would absolutely recommend you try this place for yourself.

This place has multiple awards for a reason! I tried the Kobe burger and I was amazed at how good it was compared to other burgers. I was not expecting it to be as good as I hear to be honest so I went in with a bit of a chip in my shoulder about it being “one of the best burgers” The staff is super friendly and great to be around and the place was clean and stylish as well. It was hard to get photos of the place because so many people were coming in to eat too! Not that it was too crowded though don’t get me wrong. It can hold at least 30 people rather comfortable for the size.

Went for happy hour and took advantage of the half-price bottles of wine & $3 off appetizers. Got a great New Zealand chard and some chips w/guac & salsa. My stepdad got the fish N chips, my mom created her own Swiss burger, and I had the Metropolitan burger with goat cheese and a fig jam. All in all, excellent burgers, great wine specials and stupid-good French fries.
