Being a Texan transplanted to Louisiana my quest for great BBQ has now been satisfied. When you combine great food and exceptional service you have a winning combination. I chose to dine in and enjoyed the atmosphere. The ribs were tender and the candied yams were steaming hot and tasty. I added the side salad which was a great combo of leafy greens. I will definitely be back!

The brisket served to my husband was mostly fat. None of the meat had a smoke flavor. At all. The pulled pork was the best out of what we tried. The amount of food was generous. The place is clean. The people are friendly. I hope this place succeeds. I read nothing but good things….so maybe it was an off day.

My wife and I tried this place for the first time this evening and I can promise that we will eat here again!! The portions are very generous, the prices are reasonable and the dining area was extremely clean! The ribs were very tender, packed with flavor, had a nice smoky bark and the meat fell off the bone!! The chicken was every bit as good as the ribs and the sweet tea was, “Tea-licious”!!

We stopped in on our way through to Alabama! This was hands down the best BBQ we have ever had. The ribs, the pulled pork, the Coleslaw, the colored greens, the greens beans, & the corn bread….. superb! This family was welcoming and a joy to visit with!

Been lookin for some good Q since wego truck shut down well lemme tell ya this is the spot. Sauce is a lil sweet but I like it dat way. The chicken is bangin. Smoked n seasoned perfectly. Great portion too you will get full no bull. Brisket is delicious just ask for lean side if u don’t want too much fat. Beans are the truth. They put the pulled pork n they foot in them beans! Mac n chz is on point. Potato salad is a hit too. Yams need a lil work but I’m still giving 5 star bc all around delicious and great portion for the price.

Love the brisket, pulled pork & dark chicken. The bake beans and bbq sauce are different but good. I wish there was a sandwich combo. Pecan fudge brownies are good. They should do a brownie a la mode.

O. M. G. It was so good!!! I had the brisket plate, meat was perfect! Red beans, spicy and yum! potato salad, perfect. Hubs had chicken and ribs. Ribs were fall off the bone good. Chicken was jucy and delicious. We WILL be going back!
