The servers and staff are GREAT! Very kind and hospitable- greeted us when we entered and gave us a tour and overview of the menu since it was our first time. Restaurant is super clean and well thought out. Food is good- not great but overall, we would try it again. Definitely get the French fries!

Blossom Hill is a great restaurant. The food is extremely good. I was honestly surprised because I have never been to Rome, GA. The burnt ends my wife had were cooked to perfection. My pork plate was great as well. I recommend getting their beans with Mac and cheese. Also, they have the best homemade restaurant cornbread I have ever tasted. I could have just order a pan of cornbread and would have been fine. The BBQ nachos are delicious, too. The chocolate chip cookie in a skillet with ice cream was decent, but I want to try their oatmeal pie cookie next time. It has sadly been discontinued until further notice. Go and try this place. You won’t be disappointed!

We were absolutely blown away by our lunch here today. Incredible food, and exceptional service. Everyone was so kind and helpful, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we thoroughly enjoyed everything. We had the Buffalo Chicken Dip, homemade fries with fresh ranch dressing, the Angry Pig Sandwich, house chips, full rack of ribs and their mac & cheese. Everything was flavorful and we will be back whenever we’re in Rome.

Such a great atmosphere and environment. As I entered, I was greeted by a host who told me all about how Blossom Hill worked and even the best place to sit, since I had never been there before. He suggested outside and the scrambler bowl for brunch. Neither of those recommendations failed. My wife thoroughly enjoyed the brisket breakfast bowl, while I enjoyed the BH breakfast plate. The atmosphere outside was perfect this afternoon. We played some putt putt and Cornhole in the open space before our meal arrived. Then enjoyed a seat under the pavilion at a picnic table w a tasty beer and mimosa for breakfast. Would love to have a place like this close to my house.

This was a cool spot. They have beer tastings and live music. I had the blossom burger, house made chips and fried strawberry pie and my hubby had the burnt brisket, mac&cheese, and baked beans and we shared everything. It was all delicious but a little overpriced for the portion size. The fried pie was our favorite.

Cool looking place. Wanted to try something new but I’m starting to wonder why I’ve never heard of this place. Everything was way overcooked and burnt. I’ve never seen fries and corn bread that color before. I spent $60 on two plates with a tip. I’m highly disappointed. I would rather starve then waste $60 like I just did again. Very upsetting and disappointed I am out $60.

I visited here for work and was honestly amazed! I ordered the manwich just based off the description but the cashier recommended it as a quesadilla. Now mind you BBQ on a quesadilla was already a “We can do that?” thought so I agreed. THIS DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! Paired it with a KC style BBQ sauce and I was in love. Whenever I am in Rome for work, I will only eat here.

This place is EVERYTHING! I was visiting from out of town and I’m so sad I can’t make this my regular food spot. The food was so delicious and flavorful! The greens were the best I’ve ever had. Fresh cut amazingly cooked fries. Tender, flavorful bbq that didn’t need sauce to be delicious, but the sauce was just the cherry on top. Great food and fairly priced. Furthermore, the service was so excellent! Will was so helpful and patient in explaining the menu and making suggestions. Everyone is very attentive and friendly and kind. I cannot wait to visit Rome again to go back! The reviews should be much, much higher!!

Being a native Texan, with a bbq place density probably 1 for every 10000 people, I’m a little bit of a connoisseur when it comes to brisket, and I’d put Blossom in competition with many of the greats when it comes to brisket. The Blossom burger is one of my favorites In Town, too.
