Don’t know exactly what was going on when I went in but the store appeared unattended, both workers were in the back sitting either asleep or playing on the phones. I stood in the front for 5 minutes before anyone came to the front to assist. Go to another subway.

Go somewhere else! This location was out of three breads, no American cheese, no bags, no sandwich wrappers, only 3 drinks total in soda cooler, no foutain coke cups and basically, this location appears to be managed by young adults. Owner’s obviously not paying vendors to keep the store stocked properly.

I ordered a sandwich from the app. their app messed up. took my money but didn’t send my order to the store. I called about my order and the person on the phone was like, “we don’t have that order. some other store took your money then” thought this was gonna get hostile and then they said “ill make your sandwich right now” and made my sandwich without having to pay anything extra because the app took my money and I’m guessing glitched out. one of the workers came out to my car and gave me me sub. Fix yall’s app but the customer service was great. really appreciated it. sandwich hit too. good stuff.

Out of all of the Subway locations in Henry County this one is by far my favorite. The two young ladies that are normally there when I go are so pleasant and patient. One of them greets every customer as they come through the door and adds or takes away without a second look.

I cannot understand what is going on at this Subway, it is the worst. This is first time I’ve ever complained about service. This location seems to be ran by young inexperienced teenagers. One sandwich the worker put half the meat on, the bread on the bottom was sliced so thin it had holes in it. I politely told the worker I did not want that sandwich and I left. At another visit the workers were so stingy with the condiments I had to ask 5… 5 times to add more lettuce. He was literally picking up 2-3 pieces of shredded lettuce at a time. The service here is extremely poor and never any management around.
