I used to love Blimpies, they were always fresh, good & super service! Well NOT anymore. Our group ordered from here, 4 different orders, every single order was wrong!! I included pictures of mine, no cheese, no lettuce, beside that fact, stale bread, old ingredients, pretty much, this establishment doesn’t care, the reviews reflect that!! Clean it up please, I can’t see this Blimpies will make it much longer.

Horrible customer service. I asked for no onions and the employee put them on there anyway and laughed when I asked for them to be taken off. It’s really not that difficult to listen to customer’s orders and get them right.

“Hi, can I get a lettuce wrap, please?”
Went into this establishment and asked for a lettuce wrap. The gal pieced together strips of lettuce. I asked for a cranberry, cream cheese turkey sandwich. She didn’t put cream cheese on it, and I opened it up and it looked horrendous.
In this day and age where lettuce wraps are literally everywhere you’d think this sandwich shop would do a better job with making such a sandwich.
My mom also got a sandwich, but on bread and they didn’t add cranberry to hers! They remade her sandwich and she said the cream cheese tasted like unsalted butter!
Very easy, simple sandwich to prepare and they missed the mark of both of them.
We heard them taking orders through the drive through and they were down right rude to the customers.
This establishment needs serious improvement with customer service and presentation of meals and making sure the meal is prepared correctly.
These employees are adult woman. I’m not talking about teenagers learning how to work and deal with the public.

We asked for different kind of bread and got a different one. I asked for no mustard on and they asked a good 4 times and STILL MESSED IT UP! then they forgot half my sandwich so then I had to go inside and get my other half just for it to also be wrong! Wouldn’t recommend going here

I would NOT recommend ordering this place to go. Only if you are going to stand there and watch to make sure that they can make the correct sandwiches for people. We ordered 4 items to be picked up and they were all wrong. They just made them standard and didn’t remove the item for each item that was needed to be removed. Is this generation just super lazy and can’t do one thing correct?

I just watched the cashier guy touch cash and coins, and the register, and then with the same gloves on that he touched all those things with he then went on to make mine and other customers sandwiches. The hygiene here is terrible. You can’t do that. That is disgusting. Note: it wasn’t the guy working the drive through. It was the guy working the front register.

Just wow.. we LOVE Blimpies, first time coming to this one and it was terrible. The guy with the beard cutting the meat was beyond RUDE to me multiple times. It was clear the two young guys there walked on egg shells around him. The energy in there was beyond oppressive. Clearly a major management issue happening here and it was reflected in the food. We will drive a little further to go to the other location. This place was horrible. Will no be back.

I went through the drive-through to order a sandwich and as I was paying for it I was asked if I would like to add a tip., As it was a drive-through, I didn’t feel it was appropriate number one for them to ask for a tip and number two because I did not add a tip I felt the quality of my sandwich wasn’t very good. I won’t be returning to this location. I guess if you want a good sandwich, you have to add a tip. I should have taken a picture of my sandwich. I did not. I ordered it the blimpie way But it was saturated/Soggy I’m assuming oil and vinegar.

Absolutely delighted with my experience here. Great workers, very friendly. Super fast. It literally took maybe 5 minutes from when I ordered at the speaker, pulled forward, was handed my drink, handed him my debit card, he hands it back with my food that has napkins in the bag, I didn’t have to ask. Just like that, Bam, it’s done. Plus I got my sandwich (which is as good as I remember from long ago), chips & a drink for $10.26! Amazing!
So happy I had lunch at Blimpie today!
