Best Happy hour oyster deals. Can’t go wrong with $2 oysters. Unfortunately, it’s only Mon-Fri from 4-6, which makes it hard for us to catch when we come for the weekend. Luckily we had an extend trip this time and made sure to get some oysters before heading home.

We almost exclusively stay at Aria, so it’s nice to have Proper Bar an elevator ride away. The staff is great at the bar, always checking up and helpful. In the future, I’d really want to stay and enjoy the drinks with my oysters while catching a game as it’s the perfect environment for it.

I think we ended up ordering 30 oysters this time and I’m pretty sure I ate about 2 dozen of them. Delicious fresh oysters. Comes with tabasco packets, cocktail sauce, vinegar, horseradish, and lemons. So however you like your oysters, they have it available. Pretty sure they have oyster shooters on the happy hour menu as well if that’s your thing.

Wish they had more days or hours available, but I get why they’re not. It’s one of the better places to get oysters when you’re in Vegas.

There’s a “secret Speak Easy” with live entertainment that opens at 7. The bottomless mimosas are a great deal – less than half the price of the ones at the pool (that is 20 feet away). Beware that bottomless mimosas mean that the random bridesmaid parties start getting a bit rambunctious around 3pm.

We were staying at the Aria and saw the ad for $2 happy hour oysters. We arrived and it’s sort of madness. We went to the bar, was ignored by the bartenders. Finally caught the eye of a young bartender and asked if I could order oysters at the bar. He said yes but there is also table service. We sat down and were ignored by our server. Finally got bummed and went to order at the bar. Waited, patiently, blond curly haired bartender is busy finishes and purposely ignores us and checks in with the couple next to us, they didn’t need any, so she finally looks at me and I ask to order to the oysters. She asks where I’m sitting and I say at a table. She then dismissively tells me I cannot order at the bar, I must order at the table. No option to order from her and simply close the tab. So I go back and catch a waiter, not ours and ask for our server to come over. Still nothing, THEN finally she brings food to the table to our right and I’m finally able to get her to come over and take our order. I don’t understand why service was so rude and inattentive. I miss the buffet, this food court is a real let down. Also the oysters were not great. Do not recommend.
