We had a big group order last weekend and the team went above and beyond to get all the orders. We ordered days in advanced and they had everything from the food boxes and cups labeled. They accommodated us so well and we appreciated it so much. Everything was delicious and everyone in our group enjoyed it. Thank you so much! A very small place with not a lot of seating so if you have a large party I wouldn’t suggest it. This spot is better for takeaway. The chicken was pretty good, I got the bites and my wife got the tenders and my stepson got the sandwich. My stepson really liked the sandwich and ate the whole thing which he rarely does. The real star of the show was actually the fries, which seem to be cut and blanched in house. Overall not bad and you definitely won’t leave hungry. However, I felt the price we paid for three people was a little high.

Me and a group of people form church had a big event nearby and we chose this place to place our group order and neither the food nor the staff did not disappoint. The staff that was working that night did a great job at separating the orders by name and accommodating us with the drinks. Heather and Gary were both really helpful and friendly at the time of placing and rearranging orders. The food was great and full of flavor. We would 100% recommend.

I got the chicken tenders and fries. Fries were not crispy at all.. they were limp and greasy. The chicken had barely any breading on it (which also wasn’t crispy), but the chicken was really juicy, which was good. The honey hot sauce was so bad, I can’t help but think they forgot ingredients when making it- not that thats just how their sauce is. It was oily and flavorless.
The employees were super great, though, very nice people.
The food was much better after I threw it in the air fryer to crisp it up. And I added more hot sauce and honey to the oily broth tasting stuff they had, which made it a bit better, too.

Now THIS is the best spicy hot chicken sandwich I’ve ever eaten! I order the J’s Way Chicken sandwich which is a huge hunk of juicy chicken breast that is sooo spicy. The pepperjack cheese and sauce adds to the spicy goodness that is not just HOT but flavorful spicy goodness. They do not skimp on this sandwich and the price is great.
I love spicy – so if you are wimpy, beware.
A year later, I STILL think this is the best Spicy Chicken sandwich I have ever eaten. I staff is always friendly and fast! The food is not sitting around waiting for me to order – it is made to order and is always pipping hot even though I take it “to go”.
I have only tried the downtown Lancaster location, but I can only hope the other locations are THIS GOOD. You must give it a try!

I wanted to visit this BOB purposely. The employee was nice and pleasant taking my order. My chicken sandwich was alright. I could have used more sauce and the chicken was a bit fried hard. My fries were good and the Lemonade too.

I got the build your own chicken sandwich and chose the hot honey option. The chicken was juicy, but I have to say the flavor was lacking. I tasted mild sweetness and even milder heat. Plus the underside of the top bun was pretty charred. The fries were limp and soggy so I didn’t really eat them. But the few I had that were crispy weren’t bad tasting. I would come back and try a hotter version next time. Staff was friendly and prompt though
