I’d give him 10 stars. Best southern food I’ve ever had, so much flavor and just the right amount of spice. I had wings first time I’ve ever stripped the bone they were so good!!! As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed and as soon as I sat down I was treated like family. The owner is so beyond nice. Very generous let us try something very new to us for free. I’ve never had better service thank you so much!!! I’m definitely telling everyone about this place.

My two sons took me here for fathers day. Everything on the menu looked great so we asked the owner to just bring us some of everything. It was all delicious, you can’t make a bad choice. It is such a treat to have a great southern menu available in little old Paddock Lake. The friendly owner and his family brought the whole experience up another few notches. Highly recommended.

We had a variety of dishes from Blaze’s brought in for our staff lunch and it was incredibly delicious. Everyone repeatedly said how great everything tasted-plus our building smelled amazing for the rest of the day! I am thrilled this place is near home, too. We now have another awesome local place to grab a bite to eat.

We had to stop in when we saw the sign! This is one place you don’t want to miss! Since everything is made to order, you can do two things: 1. Sit back and have a conversation, or 2. Call ahead, set a time, and pick up minutes after arriving. The Wings are terrific! Lots on the menu you can’t get anywhere else! We’ll be back for the Catfish, Jambalaya, and the Gumbo! On your way to Lake Geneva? Pick up here, and take out with you!

I’ve eaten 2 meals here in the past week and they were out of this world. The corn bread is moist and so flavorful. The chicken is so tender it falls apart no matter if it’s the barbecue or chicken and dumplings. The owners will make the food to order, which I need because of several dietary restrictions. Please try this place!!!

O.M.G…. this place had 5 stars the moment we walked through the door. We were greeted and treated like we’ve known each other forever! Excellent food,all meals made at time of order so there is a little wait but very worthwhile. We tried the bbq ribs,gumbo and hot wings with sides of sweet potato and regular fries ( they were cut on site and not frozen fries).Owner is very friendly,very attentative and appreciates feedback on the food,highly recommended!
