Literally haven even gotten my food yet and I don’t want to forget how amazing my service was. Kyla! She is the sweetest person! She was very thorough in explaining everything to me. It’s been a little while since I’ve had Blaze and I forgot how great the food is but today is memorable. It’s like she was so patient and warm. Very personable and chill. Didn’t rush the process – it’s 9:30 so they are close to closing- just a great experience and my food is in the oven! Looked great as she made it to my specifications and I know it will taste even better. Yah know, sometimes food taste even better when the service is superb! Thanks Kyla!!!!

Today we dine in at Blaze pizza on 441 in Royal Palm Beach, i order the cauliflower base crust I always order this base because it does not bloated me up they also offer gluten-free options. customer service was on point staff were very friendly attentive answer all of our questions.
The pizza was delicious light like always.
Highly recommend this pizza chain restaurant.

I only eat here because my boss likes the pizza and pays for the meal. I hate to break it to him everytime we walk into this place it’s FILTHY ! From literally the windows to the walls ! The tables the signage down to the light switches everything is dusty.
In the kitchen on the floor they have a jet fan covered in dust point up at the oven that cools your food.
They stopped offering hot sauce they stopped offering cheese no pepper flakes .

I love going to Blaze and getting the “build your own pizza” . They offer fresh, delicious and hot pizza at reasonable prices and you can add as many toppings as you like. Staff is polite and courteous and they are centrally located. I would highly recommend you check them out…Plus, Lebron James is one of the Owners!

Edit update: the quality of this location has gone down. This is the second time where I’m unhappy with my order. The first time I let it slide because I figured it was a fluke. Last time they didn’t add that many vegetables, they didn’t add my requested drizzle and they slightly burned the pizza. This time it’s the same thing, except there’s a whole section where there are no vegetables whatsoever and there’s not much throughout. I don’t like my pizza well done and I didn’t select it either on checkout but my second pie looks burned. You can taste the burnt taste when eating it. I didn’t realize until after I got home and I live a good half hour away from them. I don’t know if I’ll continue ordering from here anymore.

Tried to place an order through the app as usual but would not go through. Tried on a desktop computer as well to no avail. Had to go in physically with my orders saved on my phone and manually order 5 pizzas. When I tried to order a large they told me “It’s online only” and “We don’t have the dough ready for it.” Absolutely unacceptable response from those behind the counter. I had to go all my way to go in and order all five myself because YOUR app wasn’t working and then you can’t even do me the courtesy of making my intended order? This and the drastic drop in both food quality and customer service is making me want to stay far away from this place until there’s some improvement seen. This place used to be so good and consistent. Not anymore sadly.

It used to be one of my favorite pizza places, but lately, I’ve been consistently having a negative experience. The pizzas are consistently undercooked, and the dough doesn’t taste as good as it used to. I’ve had to return my pizza multiple times to have it cooked longer. Furthermore, the managers at the establishment are teenagers who lack knowledge about customer service. They are unprofessional and they have rude behavior.

I love going to blaze pizza, although this location is a hit or miss. Often times the people making my pizza spread my toppings on in a sloppy way where it’s not evenly distributed among the entire pizza. There’s a lot of cross-contamination going on. Oftentimes I would see meat pieces in the vegetable baskets. This time when I went they forgot to cut my pizza into slices. I really hope the quality improves at this location

The employees are amazing every time I go in there. It’s mostly high school or college age kids and they are always awesome with customer service and run everything perfectly! When you need something additional they are always pleasant and are kind and courteous! Please give your team big kudos! Thank you Blaze Team! ❤️
