We decided to go to blaze today cuz I hadnt been there in a while my partner and I got our food the staff was so sweet we went to sit outside and my partner she sat down and the chair collapsed under them unfortunately the welds came apart. We let the manager know because we want them to make sure they stay safe and no one gets hurt. The sweetheart of a manager felt so bad but it was totally not her fault or stores in any way things deteriorate all the time. We can’t wait to go back

I did not enjoy my first order from Blaze Pizza.
The crust had zero flavor. Honestly, the pizza overall had no true taste. The crust appeared to be a little thicker on the website but was super thin. The cost for 2 pizzas, one large and one personal size, was $34 wasted, in my opinion.
I can’t speak too much on service because it was a quick in and out pick-up order. The two people that I encountered were nice enough. They verified my name and order, I grabbed my food and was out the door.
Two positives, I like that they offer the option for your pizza to be well done, and I also like the offering of roasted garlic as a topping.

Visited on a trip to Aldi. Greeted when we entered by a friendly manager who explained the ordering process and options. It’s fast casual pizza, focused on build your own. I had a pesto meatball with parmesan, artichokes, broccoli, onions and roasted garlic. My son got a classic margherita with fresh mozz, chopped tomatoes, and garlic. The lemonade and tea at the fountain were refreshing. We got a special: 2 build your own with drinks for $22. Great food, kind people, comfortable atmosphere. Nice place! I’ll be back. Outdoor seating next time.

Just ordered Blaze for the first time in years. Thought I was going to get something good. Ordered a pizza with pepperoni, jalapeños, and pineapple. I didn’t get pineapple on my pizza. So instead of getting a sweet & spicy pizza, I have to eat a spicy pizza. I only got $2 back for the trouble in the UberEats app, which is bull. I should have had the whole order refunded. I don’t know what happened, but I can imagine that someone with bad taste figured, “Well, I don’t like pineapple on pizza, so no one should have pineapple on pizza”. Not my fault you have bad taste. Get your crap together. I’m not spending my money for no reason.

First time eating hear First Lady that did my pizza crust she was so nice and friendly and helped me out. the lady that was doing my topping was very rood and mean to me will never eat hear again and she burned my pizza on purpose when she take the pizza out she throw it like never again while I tried to eat the first slice I got black charr all on my hands and mouth and it was hard and black at the bottom

Group Size: We have 5 in our family but I have been several times with 2 or 3 people. Always served well. Large groups would be a bit cramped
Food: The food is consistently good, even great. I love the spicy pizza called the Hot Link. My wife loves the Veg Out. Great ingredients and always prepared well.
Location: Wards Rd is not a fun road but at least this is off in a shopping center. Easy to find and access.
Staff: The staff is always welcoming and helpful. Never have had a bad experience. Teamwork is visible every time I have been there.
Atmosphere: The restaurant is exactly as you’d expect it. Nothing extravagant but enough to make the experience good. There is outdoor seating as well.
Cleanliness: The restaurant was clean and comfortable.
Prices: Very reasonable.
Will We Come Back: Yes, 100%

Me and my fiance tried this place for the first time the other day and I gotta say it was awful and the blandest pizza I’ve ever tasted. The sauce was absolutely awful and no seasoning no extra nothing it was just plain and one pizza tasted so bad I almost got sick. Personal pizzas and they put the toppings on in front of you which is nice but everything tastes so cheap and rubbery and just bad. I really wanted to like it but it’s not good. My fiance had the same thoughts he didn’t even eat anymore after the first bites of everything we tried. The cheese bread was so hard and small and almost no cheese on it. Just plain tough bread. One of the very best gluten free meal options around for a quick dinner! So many veggie toppings and plant based cheese/meats. Quick service! Use the app for nice freebies! We really enjoy the lemonades! However this location stands out from other pizza places in their willingness to go above and beyond to change gloves or take other measures to create the safest possible pizza for someone on a celiac diet. We have been here many times and truly appreciate the staff here and delicious pizza!
