Food hit the spot. My chicken burrito was delicious! The service was great also. Started with water and got soda and it didn’t taste right, could’ve said something but didn’t. I also wished that they gave you both rice AND beans, again I should have asked for both.. I will next time 🙂

I Been in Minnesota for over a year, no other restaurant has me coming back more than el loro in new hope. The staff are super nice and the food quality is amazing, best Mexican food I’ve had in Minnesota big portion sizes and affordable!

El Loro is by far my favorite chain for authentic Mexican. I’ve never been disappointed by service or food. This particular time, I brought a friend with me who is bilingual and he had tons of fun exchanging jokes in Spanish with our awesome server. A great time and great food always!

Food and drinks are top notch, service always served with a smile. Would be 5 but the price point is a bit higher than I would expect. Nonetheless I enjoy every time I have been.

This is my go to for Mexican Food! The staff is always so awesome. Food is fast, delicious, and big portions! Best margaritas in the metro. Can’t beat 2×1! Salvador is the best. I feel like I’m here all the time!

Just finished having lunch at El Loro and Just had to write a review! First the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I was seated and served immediately. The choices on the menu were endless and accompanied with pictures of most dishes. I ordered the shrimp tacos and was not disappointed. They were delicious. Last, the restaurant itself is a true thing of beauty, featuring hand carved and painted booths and tables from Mexico. I can’t say enough good things about this place. The owner of the establishment should be proud. Come check this place out!

It tasted a little different than the El Loro I’ve eaten in the past in the south metro. Nevertheless, it was good, as well as the service. Chips and salsa were great!

Service was good! She was tentative. Service 4/5. Food was 2/5. The food was way over cooked, and to much cheese sauce. It was like they know they over cooked it and tried to hide it with cheese sauce. The restaurant was large, so much unused space, was not busy at all. There was stuff random spots throughout half of the unused restaurant. Bathrooms were kinda gross, flies, all the cleaner sitting on the counter. Not sure if I would go back.
