Leaving a review to recognize the awesome staff at the New Hartford location. Had a recent order where another customer had inadvertently grabbed our order. The staff was understanding and courteous, and whipped up another order for me, along with 2 free pizza coupons. Mistakes happen and I wasn’t inconvenienced at all, but I could tell the staff genuinely cared, and it made me want to go back again in the future.

Dissatisfied and disappointed with Blaze pizza once again. Not sure what’s up but I guess a VEG OUT pizza consists of onion and lots of mushrooms. Kind of nasty. At least the employees are friendlier at this location.

My husband, our toddler and I went to Blaze Pizza today. We had a wonderful experience and everybody was friendly. The new employee named Mc Kayla had just started working there. She did a wonderful job making my pizza. The manager, Colin was super nice and personable too! We’ve been here a few times and it has always been a positive experience. Keep up the good work, folks! This establishment is very welcoming. We love eating the great pizza and seeing everyone having a great time at their job!
