First time! Really loved the burgers and fries. Staff was very friendly and loved the big dude making fries! He was so kind and friendly helping us. Place is a little dated, but very clean.

Had a green chili cheeseburger here last night. I disagree with the negative reviews. I think it was the best burger I’ve had in years. Just wonderful. Staff was super friendly and quick. They also looked like they enjoy partaking in what they make lol. Best burger in town, and in New Mexico. I do agree the seating areas inside and outside could look a little cleaner though. Nice patio outside for my dog to hang out and enjoy the experience too.

I only put one star because there wasn’t an option to not put one. I love Blake’s. Blake’s is just a go-to place to go so I thought I hadn’t been at Blake’s to eat in a long time and I was craving their food so me and my senior father and my partner decided we were going to go to Blake’s I went ahead and ordered the food ahead of time so that I could avoid any line when I got there for my food was cold my fries were hard and the buns weren’t even toasted the cheese on the burgers and on the sandwiches were super hard like they gave us old cheese and when I confronted the manager on duty her name was crystal she was rude this manager isn’t very fond of me but I thought she would be professional and leave personal problems aside I was there to eat and take my senior father out for the day not cause any issues. She said she was going to remake all the food but only remade one of our french fries. I really didn’t wanna fight I had my senior father with me so I took the food and we went outside to eat. When we went outside the patio was dirty trash everywhere and trashes over filling we asked them if they could clean the outside they said they would get to eat so we sat were we could find the cleanest area. Worst experience of my life. I have had to work in fastfood and serve people I don’t like I put my feelings aside and give them the best experience. I wouldn’t ever treat someone and there family the way I was treated today. I’m sorry Blake’s but I’ll be taking my money somewhere else. Which is sad because like I said I love Blake’s now I’m going to have to travel far away to go get Blake’s.

We are from out of state and had never tried Lotaburger before, so we came in with an open mind. Let’s start by saying that this location was clean and the staff was friendly. Now let’s get to the review. The ordering process was difficult because there was what I would call “communication difficulties”. I had to repeat my order several times and it still came out wrong. I ordered the signature burger with extra green chilies and add jalapeños. I also ordered a bowl of chili and a medium drink. What I received was the correct burger, whowever it had no jalapeños, and no extra green chilies, and a large instead of a medium drink (which upon checking my receipt they charged me for a large). Also, there was no sign of a bowl of chili. I went back to the counter and instead of giving me a bowl of chili, they gave me a small container of green chilies. Once again, communication difficulties. Finally, instead of giving me a new correct burger, they gave me the chilies & jalapeños to add on my own. By the time this fiasco was over, my food was cold. Oh, did I mention the fact that they didn’t have any spoons to eat my chili with. I think it is great that this company hires people with special needs however there should be someone on staff that is capable of dealing with customer issues. I am not going to say that the company on a whole is bad however this experience was not memorable in a good way.

No drive thru, must go inside to order. Friendly staff, HUGE burger with fresh toppings. Fries were hot. Food came out quickly. For 2 double green chile burger meals it was just over $20 but it was a lot of food. No indoor dining right now, but they do have outdoor dining on the patio out front.

The green chili burgers… Amazing! The staff was friendly, the restaurant itself deserves a bit of reconstruction, the patio was not clean. It’s in a great location! You can order in and pick up quick. Ordered at the store and it didnt take long to get our food. We got to Blake’s when it opened at 10am and I thought the French fries would have been better but they were not awful. I had an amazing milkshake and brownie with my burger and fries for a great price.
