I am a barber that work cross the street “wilson barbershop” and I’ve been coming here for years. The best bar in the neighborhood. The food is on point.. try the 1/2 burgers on Mondays and the drinks specials won’t disappoint you. The bartenders are great! Nice atmosphere for ball games.

Great place! My dad and I just stopped by looking for a cold beer and some food and we stayed for hours! Bartenders on top service! Food was good! Music all the time, next time I come back to DC I’ll come back here for sure.

Our friend was spoken to really unkindly by a patron. The bartender came back to our table and told us to stop speaking about the incident. That was really surprising considering we weren’t being loud. He came back and kicked us all out of the bar. It was so bizarre. My 65 year old mom was so shocked and confused. We won’t be returning.

Went here with some locals who love it and have been going for years. Were kicked out because we disagreed with others, although we didn’t even have conflict with those “others”. It was very weird and felt targeted because we also played music on the jute box. The bartender was incredibly confrontational, even tho the other patron and i were just having friendly football “conflict”. Bartender kicked us out after an extended period of no interaction with other patron. It was really weird and unnecessary and off putting. ETA: it was the very small fragile caucasian bartender. The bouncer/security was at no point involved in the matter. Actually seemed as confused as we were

I love this place! Great service and the food was really good. Happy hour deals were really good and food was super affordable. The homemade blue cheese exceeded my expectations! I’ll definitely be back!

Dive bar atmosphere with a decent brunch menu. We ordered the breakfast burrito, avocado toast, and fried cheese curds. The curds were fried very well but I just wish they were little more heavy handed with the seasoning. The burrito was hearty and comes with some perfectly crispy tots. The avocado toast came has four 1/2 bread slices and was topped with their simple pico. Toast was a good choice for a lighter meal. Drinks were solid.

After coming back from a 10 day trip in Ireland The Blaguard is the spot to go. Not only do they pour a perfect Guinness but the vibes and ambience are unbeatable. The bartenders and staff are kind and fun to chat with. Not to mention the Buffalo Wings… OMG they were so good!

Great Happy Hour prices and weekly deals between 5-8 PM. I plan to become a regular after stumbiling in on this great pub.

Best pit stop in DC. Stay for 17 minutes and it might become 5 hours. Food is bomb. Music is vibey. Sports 365. Bathroom is clean. Even the bartenders are dope. Parallel parking for the brave.

Great room! Love the space and the overall vibe. I’m always a huge fan of any spot with Magners. Unfortunately, the wings were horrible. Super dry and hard to chew. Wet ones were under sauced and the dry rub were too salty. The burger looked great though. Wishing I had gone that direction. Also, the Totchos looked killer. Would definitely go back, but would try a different menu item.
