We through our son’s 4th birthday party here yesterday on 05/27/2023. I must say they have the best food here from their pizzas and salads we had. And also the kind man who works here decided to offer my guests and I some free icecream from here. I greatly appreciate how friendly and kind the staff here is. And I always have my son’s playdates here. Definitely highly recommend this place for a fast spot to eat at in a kind environment. Worth it, I promise! Thank you all again ❤️ -Eve Elrod

Good Place, but not ready for business, if your going to be on the lake on a hot day, staff the location, you’ll do more business, the staff there did a great job, is service, but they were not staffed, but doing their best…5 stars on the staff, but not on the upper mgnt….keep it staffed and you’ll have more business on the lake.

We called ahead to order but it still took 45 minutes. My pizza was so overcooked that I could only get a couple of bites out of each slice. I showed it to the employee and she offered to cook me another one. I didn’t want to wait another 45 minutes while the others with me were finished eating. I feel like I should have been offered my money back.
On the other hand, the white cheese dip is the best thing on the menu.

Went here with a group of friends, ordered at our own pace. They had 3 unsweet teas, 3 poweraids, plenty of Pepsi and Mountain Dew. The lady refused to give anyone a cup of water when there was clearly few options to pick from. By the time some ordered the only drink option was Pepsi or Mountain Dew. She did not make the experience enjoyable, made the customers feel that they were unconvincing her. Do not plan on sitting inside they had no air conditioning thankfully this is near the lake so you can sit out by the water. This was in the middle of the week. Our food came out hot and flavor/ taste was good but was super slow. It is a convenient place to go but call ahead and order if your plan is to eat it there!

I ordered the grilled chicken nachos on July 25, 2023. Worst nachos I have ever eaten. The chicken was cold like it had just come out of the refrigerator. Lettuce ( what little bit was visible) was very wilted, brown and slimy, and the cheese didn’t have a good taste. Seemed like it had been in a cold crockpot awhile. Very lumpy. After paying $12.10, I was very disappointed.

Blackstone has the absolute best pizza in this area. It’s really just that simple. This (relatively) new location in Southside, the Bait Shack, has the same menu items as the Pub & Eatery, and delivers the exact same quality without a doubt. So far my girlfriend and I have had a Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza and a Margherita style pizza at the Bait Shack, and it’s just straight up delicious. The Blackstone style of crust is really unique too (very garlic-y, but not overpowering), and it’s unlike any other pizza I’ve had in the best way possible. On top of that, the staff at this location just seem like some really friendly people, and can definitely whip up a pizza. Straight 10/10, would definitely recommend.

OK love the boat doaks for our jet ski..the half Margherita and pepperoni. Was so hot and cheesy . It was a slow good eating very hot yummy pizza . And the people working so nice. We will be back.
