Out of all the Dunkin’ spots I go to, this one is hands down the best. The crew is always nice and in a good friendly. When I order through the app, they greet me by name when I come in, which is such a small thing but makes it feel more personal.

They first off ignored me when you walk in cause they have the board to order well I was the only one in there so I should not have to ask for someone to help me, second I asked for 6 donuts which when I got to work an opened the they were all stale hard as a rock, third when I tried to call it just rang until it hung itself up.
This dunkin donuts used to be good not no more.

i went to this dunkin happy and all. then the indian lady that was working started groaning in the drive thru speaker after we ordered matcha. if i could give 0 stars i would. even worse the worker fakes nice in a sarcastic way at the window

It’s a clean place. But if you walk in on a brisk September Sunday morning. Don’t expect anyone to wait on you. Apparently they focus on the take-out window only.
I was acknowledged by the customer service representative at the window but apparently she just ignored me.
Even when a second customer service person showed up. They said good morning and walked right by. They apparently pitched in, pouring coffee for a customer at the window. After a bit, I felt embarrassed just standing there looking at donuts and counting the calories of each one, and simply left.
I’m not sure why they do this. It’s apparently a far cry from the days when DD had good customer service.
If you want to get a cup of coffee, it’s probably a good idea to drive there. You’ll probably be able to obtain your coffee. Or simply go somewhere else.
I don’t recommend this Dunkin Donuts.

The refreshers are genuinely so delicious and the people there are so sweet and kind. The atmosphere is just great me and my best friend love going there to study and have a little treat.

This is one of the worst dunkin donuts simply due to terrible employment. People are very rude. Orders are always wrong. They never make their drinks right and can’t toast anything properly. Decided to keep it simple, took forever to order a donut and a latte today in drive thru. When I recieved the donut, it was not covered in the bag, icing was face down and the frosting had melted to the bag… the latte sucked too, like usual. Last time I waste any money at this location.

Always fast friendly service and consistent coffee and foods. This is the only store left that I know that makes the French cruller and it is delicious.
