I’m RTU here for LTP. The breakfast staff was courteous. The biscuits were the softest biscuits I’ve ever had in a DFAC in 18 years. The Jalapeños were fresh. The overall area was impeccably clean!

These DFAC workers do not get enough credit! An Army truly marches on its belly and those gifted people kept us marching daily! I am thankful to every person that contributed to their collective efforts and enjoyed the quality of food presented. Holidays? Long lines and amazing food! Keep up the hard work. Soldiers love the food. Got to plug my brothers here, Infantry leads the way.

Literally the slowest cooks ever. Walking around laughing having a good time with lines out the door. RTUs shouldn’t eat where fica soldiers do.

I worked here. Very long hours, I’m talking 15 hour shift. A lot of people come in and don’t appreciate the hard work we do. But when soldiers come in and tell us they waited all day to eat, they can’t wait to eat, they say thank you, and I appreciate the hard work, means everything

If given the choice go to DFAC #1. There are less food options here, the portions are smaller, and the prices are higher. Lines move at an ok speed, and the flow for food items after the hot bar slow the checkout process. The staff is friendly, but on occasion gives the patron attitude or messes up the order. Its an army mess hall, so I give it an average rating after dining at the alternative.

Lunch and dinner have been over the top offering a great mix both on the short order line and the main line. Then theres the salad bar that brought the rainbow of good salad options. The staff is always pleasant and dining clean and well stocked with all your necessary condiments.

From the beginning of the year to now, DFAC 2 has really improved. There are things that need to be touched up, but there are caring NCOs and Soldiers in place that are affecting these changes. Made to order steak quesadilla was on point, today!!!

Wish they were open longer. When trying to cycle Marines through in shifts and dealing with a line we cut it close and often had Marines not making to the chow hall. (Don’t worry they were fed, just not here)
