I had the St Louis Spare Ribs. The ribs were great, nice and tender and easy to get off the bone with plenty of meat. The barbeque sause selection was not up to the meat for me, the KC barbecue and the house barbecue sauce were nothing special and needed more flavor. Overall it was good, just not great.

We came here for lunch on a Thursday. We were seated promptly and everything was clean. Our waitress Lisa checked on us the perfect amount and was great. The best way I can describe the food is it’s average. The brisket was tender and well smoked. The sauces are okay at best. The Mac and cheese was pretty good. Bake beans weren’t the best, tasted like beans from a can. The Cole slaw was chopped a bit too fine so it had a weird texture and had a bit too much vinegar. Overall not disappointed or impressed, just an decent quick lunch stop experience as we drive through Maryland.
