We’re a craft beer shop, featuring retail (including cans and mix-and-match) and 20 rotating taps of some of the tastiest craft beer from around the state and country. We also started carrying THC and CBD beverages. We’re dog-friendly, beer-nerd-friendly, and beer-newbie-friendly. We work with local animal rescue organizations to increase the adoption rate and change the black dog stigma.

Staff has good knowledge of craft beer, very friendly. A good place to hang out (with dog friends too). Owners created a pantry to support the community with a no question asked shelf of foods.

Our group played here Sunday, very nice experience all around. Nice selection of beer both on draft and cans, including a milk stout with moderate alcohol that was very enjoyable. Excellent crowd, great energy. The Island Cafe food truck had outstanding food, my jerk chicken quesadilla was very tasty, with a dipping sauce.

I was in town for my daughter’s soccer match, and, when I travel, I make it a habit of stopping into a local bottle shop to look for something local or interesting. I stumbled upon Black Dog around the corner from the soccer pitch. It’s fantastic. Bright, spacious, a nice long bar with some unique beers on tap, a few happy locals enjoying a good beer and conversation with the bartender… If I wasn’t staring at a six-hour drive, I would have joined them. In the fridge, I found a wet-hopped IPA, which is always a lucky find, along with a couple of others to try. When I got to the counter, the knowledgable bartender recommended a West Coast IPA finished with spruce tips, which was new to me. Just tried it and it could be my new favorite. My only regret is that I did not buy out the entire stock. This place is definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area.

I’ve been here 4 times now and it’s been a really nice place to have close to home. The people are friendly and fun to talk with. The beer selection is fantastic, too. They have a lot of different options on draft, and even more on the shelves and in the refrigerators to choose from.
We are lucky to have it within walking distance of home so we can have dinner then walk over to have a beer and a nice conversation.

Small place, but love the business model. I like the single can buying option, and the fact that you can not only check the tap list online, also, the can inventory. Super helpful when looking for something particular. They have a decent selection in cans and on tap.

Nice bottle shop and dog friendly social “club” (have to pay a dollar for a year membership which then gets donated to a local shelter).
Good draught selection and ok can and bottle selection with plenty of room to grow. A little confusing as to bottle and can pricing but the staff are friendly and helpful. Music trivia on Tuesday. No food.
