Fantastic breakfast spot! The food was genuinely good and the portions are huge. The pancakes are practically the size of the plate! The service was excellent from start to finish. If you’re looking for a hearty breakfast with great staff, this is the place to go. We will definitely be back!

This place is a classic! Anyone traveling through needs to make this their lunch stop: such friendly service in an old school way, but the food is as good as it gets. Try the beef chorizo breakfast burrito, eggs bene, or Avo toast. Coffee was fresh too

Excellent breakfast spot. Homemade everything. Service was incredible. My wife said the veggie omelet was the greatest. The eggs benedict was also delicious, and we all loved the Hash Browns.

Very spacious place and a nice quiet atmosphere.
I wanted the eggs Benedict, but not a full order and my son noticed that there was a”Benny” choice on the menu which was half an order of eggs benedict.
It hit the spot, I always get my English muffin toasted well and it was very tasty.
My son ordered the Monte Cristo and it came with a lot of tater tots.
With tip it was about $35 and the service was wonderful.

Starting the day with a warm greeting is the best!! The Country Cafe has a lot of delicious looking breakfast choices. We finally settled on biscuit and sausage gravy and the breakfast burrito with sausage. We were glad we only ordered one biscuit. It’s enormous!! And we asked the chef to only put two eggs in the burrito rather than their usual three. Both plates were absolutely delicious. The biscuit was fluffy and toasted just a bit before adding the gravy. The burrito was filled with lots of sausage, tater tots, and cheddar cheese. Then they griddled it to toast one side just a bit. Heavenly!!

This is a hidden gem. I’ll get the negatives out of the way. The music was very loud. If your looking for lunch and happen to be vegetarian I only found a Caesar Salad minus the chicken as options. But everything else went uphill from there. The beautiful building still maintains it’s character from decades before. The booths, eating counter and floors have a long history in this builimg. They even have the sign up for the much beloved Valley Cafe that was here before. The menu is a decent size with many breakfast options for anyone. The pancakes are gigantic and delicious. The large portions are echoed through the other items we ordered too. You won’t leave hungry. If you order a side of tater tots for your sandwich you’ll be taking some home. They are delicious and plenty. This is a great stop for breakfast if you find yourself downtown in Ellensburg.

Still Good food and great service from when they were Wild Huckleberry. My picky toddler loves the kids cheeseburger and fries. We already started eating before i took pictures. The boyfriend had the Turkey Club, always good. I always liked their Biscuits and gravy but the Biscuits are better now since they become County Cafe, at least in my opinion. My over easy eggs were little over done but not a big deal to me especially when they are busy, like they almost always are because that’s how good the food and service is. Totally worth the wait if you have to wait. Today was only a 10-15min wait. If expected wait time is longer you can take a nice walk in the downtown area.

This place was the BEST! All of the service providers are so sweet and friendly, the place is super welcoming and in a great spot with lots of parking. The food is EXCEPTIONAL for this little townie spot! We came here after camping overnight at the Gorge and it’s was the perfect send off for the drive back. Definitely try this spot if you’re passing through!
