Black Cat is a gluten and dairy free café and gallery featuring baked goods, sandwiches, coffee and tea, as well as art from 30+ minority-owned Wisconsin based artists. Other features include a small library and an area in the back to sit and chat with friends or try out games on loan from our neighbors at Gemini Games.

Amazing owner & business. The food and snacks are gluten & dairy free but honestly you would never know. My cheese loving gf LOVED all the food she was served here as did I! Also, If you love coffee you have to stop here. The owner makes all the coffee so carefully and is so knowledgeable about every aspect of the process. The art is all so cute and is fun to look at while you eat your snacks. There’s lots of room to sit and chat with the owner about cats and enjoy the natural light that comes into the cafe. Every penny you spend here goes miles, as the owner puts so much thought into responsibility sourcing the food, art, and supplies. If you haven’t stopped here yet, you need to!!!
