If you take nothing else away from this review you should take away that the service by multiple staff members was absolutely amazing. I feel as though the bar has been lowered over the past handful of years when it comes to once experience in a restaurant. Great job by the Black Angus Management team creating such a customer service focused staff-based. We started in the bar for a quick drink and then moved to a table in the dining room. From the hostess to the bartender to the waitress everyone had a smile showed respect and insured our needs were taken care of. Onto the food. I had the ribeye and lobster. I like my steak medium which most places seem to have a hard time serving correctly. My steak was cooked perfectly. The lobster was seasoned wonderfully and served hot. This location has been opened for a while now and has been on my list since opening and finally made it in. It’s too bad I wet it so long but can’t wait to go back! The only reason I did not issue five stars across the board is that there was a few puddles of water on the floor in the restroom which made the floor awfully slippery.

Went for a birthday and sat outside on the patio after checking in with the host stand who said it was seat yourself out there. After being ignored for 45 minutes, had to track down a manager to be seated and finally got some service. Server didn’t care that she had ignored us for so long, still provided sub-par service and we had to ask multiple times for refills and to try to fix over and under-cooked food. I think we were so exasperated, we just wanted to eat and leave. We should have bailed at the 15 minute mark. No offers for free apps, no extra check ins to see if we were doing ok. It’s almost as if they didn’t want our money. No problem, I’m happy to never come here again. Don’t want my business? No problem, you won’t have it.

What a cheap place to eat stake! The baby rack rib was superb, an so was the kids meals. Delicious food but the atmosphere and service was not the best…Still the food was great and we will definitely come back again!! Recommend for sure!
