Calamari was delicious! The bread is so yummy. I do have to say the soups had a really good flavor. The steak needed more seasoning, it had no flavor whatsoever however it was tender.

Just wanted to say that having our Galentine’s celebration at Black Angus in Ontario the day before Valentine’s Day was absolutely the best customer service experience! From the moment we walked in, everything was perfect the lighting, the ambiance, and the overall setting made it such a special night.
I hadn’t been there in 28 years, and I’m so glad we came back! Our waitress was amazing attentive, friendly, and on top of everything. The manager, Joe, was incredibly sweet and welcoming, which made the experience even better.
The only thing I wish was still there is the dance area and music we were ready to dance! That would have made the night even more fun.
My carnivore sissy and my friends had such a wonderful time. Thank you for an awesome experience — we will definitely be back!

Tonight we dined at Black Angus and what a disappointment it was. Our server was friendly (kind of) but extremely oversat. We had to keep waving him down for more water, sauces, etc. We had to ask multiple times for basic things such as ketchup and steak sauce. The biggest disappointment came at the end of the meal. They apparently no longer have the chocolate cake (which was our favorite) even though it’s still listed on the menu. The worst part of our visit was when we tried to order the VIP market steak assortment (uncooked steaks to go to cook at home). We waited over 20 minutes and finally, when I flagged down the manager, was told the kitchen was very busy and it would take longer. We cancelled the steaks and asked for the check. It did save us over $130 but was so frustrating that they had no intention of providing it but let us wait for nothing. This was our first visit at this location and we will definitely not be going back. Poor customer service from our server and the manager. So sad

We had high hopes for this steakhouse, but unfortunately, the service overshadowed the meal. The food itself was okay—nothing exceptional, but enjoyable enough for a casual night out.
The real issue was the service. We waited an unreasonably long time to get our drinks refilled, and there was an apparent lack of attentiveness throughout the evening. By the end of the meal, we had to get up and find someone to pay our bill.

I came before my flight back home, it popped up as a suggestion when I was looking for a place to have dinner near the airport. Really glad I came, the service was phenomenal! My waiter (I forgot his name, this was a few weeks ago ) was not overly attentive but very proactive on everything from offering to bring me a fresh Pepsi to go when I asked for a cup for my unfinished drink, to bringing a cup of ice when I said I like my pop a little watered down. I got the $39.99 dinner special which was an appetizer, main course and dessert. This is a is really affordable full meal considering you also get bread and butter. I didn’t finish everything but got to enjoy it then next day for lunch when I was back home. The menu is pretty extensive, there’s something for everyone even vegans and vegetarians.
It’s in a great location for travelers and office workers; it’s near the airport (less than 10 minutes away), surrounded by hotels and office buildings.
I was happy I was able to get a comfy booth on a Friday night. The parking lot was full but the spacious restaurant had immediate seating. A yummy way to end my visit to the Inland Empire

Such a cosy place and ambiance is good and not busy at least for weekdays and good servers ! I order salad but they said me that there is no olive oil ! Because the reason is they are steak house ! To be honest the most weird answer I ve ever heart and she said me “ we don t use olive oil and not need it “ but with salad if you sell ! You need olive oil for salad ! Any way except this steak was good and price is ok for one person with soft drink ! And plates with steak and side which are on same plate too small ! They might have bigger plates to easy cut and eat !

We came here for dinner before the Ontario Reign hockey game and it was perfect! I had the Steak and Crispy Shrimp combo and she had the Steak bowl. Both were cooked perfectly and tasted good! Our server, Lisa H, really did a good job. We like it here and will come back in the future!

It’s been awhile since we’ve been here due to a diet program I was on. We always get the campfire dinner with the same appetizer but I guess there’s an extra fee now for the one we picked which I discovered on our receipt. It would have been a common courtesy for the waitress to bring that to our attention when ordering. The steak was stuff and the bread was dry. Not very pleased for the money we spent to have this experience. I don’t think we will be going here again.
