the other night my boyfriend and I stopped in to get food. I ordered loaded fries. They respectfully communicated that they had to cook a new batch of fries and that it would take about 10 minutes. 10 minutes doesn’t seem like that long to me and i didn’t mind waiting so i said thank you and patiently waited for my food i wasn’t even upset about having to wait. still, they gave me a refund for the fries and gave them to me on the house because I had to wait. so kind!! and i was so pleased! to just hand out acts of kindness like that isn’t something you see a lot nowadays! I love this location so much!

I hate to say what i spend in a month there! I buy a Cold Vanilla Coffee from the dispensary machine. I go to the coffee station and patiently wait for an opportunity to ask for some whipped cream on top. Most of your coffee staff happily does so. I wait to ask till i know they are done with the order they are working on. Well Meagan your Barista gets furious when i ask her to do so. She Blatantly ignores you until she cant no longer. For $400 dollars a month on food and fuel i dont deserve an eye roll or a slammed container on the counter for a blast of whipped cream. This was Saturday February 7th 1:00pm. Please tell your coffee makers that buying a cold cup of coffee for $6 bucks deserves the same service as an ordered coffee. This was my 3rd experience with this girl. The cashier stated her name is Meagan but i am not positive.

Every time my husband and I order food, it’s always mine that gets messed up. It’s not even complicated, either. Just today, which is my final straw with this location, I ordered a chicken teriyaki breakfast burrito. Awful. Tell the delivery drivers not to forget the pizzas. Happens way too often. You have a pizza lying there, don’t you wonder why there’s a pizza sitting on your counter, and no one else is taking it? Or did someone else take it that shouldn’t have? This location is directly on the corner of Musuem Rd and Lancaster Ave. Roger’s Flowers is across the street on Musuem Rd. Riverfront Federal Credit Union is behind it and Auto Zone and Walgreens is across the street I’m on Lancaster Avenue.

This location is excellent. It is clean, and the customer service is outstanding. John G. was extremely helpful and courteous. He provided excellent service and took the time to assist me. I have also enjoyed the burgers there, which are consistently prepared correctly and taste great. Manager Trevor was very kind and complemented his staff for their excellent service. I visit approximately three times a week and will continue to do so because the associates are very kind and helpful.

Stopped by to pick up mashed potatoes. All I wanted is what I paid for, a family size, not 3/4 of one. The sandwich was incorrect as well. I asked for wheat bread no lettuce plus meat, cheese, and mayo. They gave me white with lettuce and managed to include what I asked for after that. disappointed and still hungry

I tried to get Ice cream parfait twice now the past two days and the ice has a very unpleasant gritty texture I tasted the ice cream before walking away and I mentioned I think there’s something wrong with your machine because your ice cream is not smooth. There is a gritty weird texture to it. The one guy apologize that made it for the issue and then the woman just wanted to argue with me that that’s how a parfait is because I had chocolate chips in it. It’s not the chocolate chips that are making it gritty It is vanilla ice cream itself is very greedy and it has a weird non-smooth texture like I’ve had all the other wawa especially the Sinking Spring. One has a very smooth creamy texture not here then she proceeds to pour more into a cup and says see look it doesn’t look gritty and didn’t even bother to taste it and said that there was nothing to do. I am also eight months pregnant. I don’t have the time or the energy to argue when I was just trying to voice a concern to you so you know something‘s not right with the ice cream or is something wrong with the machine seeing that now I’m out you know the five dollars because I literally just threw it away in their trashcan in front of them because I’m like well there’s no point to make it again if there’s something wrong with the batch itself not trying to cost you money out of pocket one if it’s still gritty and looking at it is not the same as tasting it they wouldn’t know because they don’t test it they didn’t even taste test it
