Good burger. Had nice flavor. Not greasy but juicy. But not exceptional. Masala fries seemed they were out of a box and not freshly cut or did not have a unique flavor. The sauce they gave was watery and not flavorful.

In 2018, I moved to Atlanta. So whenever I visit Brooklyn, I always find a reason to make a trip to BK Jani in the Dekalb Market Hall (or the original Bushwick location) and always satisfied. I bring all my friends here, out-of-towners and New Yorkers and they love it. The go to is the Jani Burger (spicy). A must have and probably the best burger I ever had.

Excellent and unique ! The only reason i gave it 4 stars instead or 5, is that i ordered it medium well and it was well done, on the verge of being overcooked. The mint chutney is the best in NY !

Everything was so fresh and delicious. I ordered the Jani and small masala fries. I ordered very spicy for the Jani, and boy did they deliver lol. The green chutney flavor was really fresh and delicious. I do wish it came in a 4oz option like the other burgers, cuz it was kinda hard to eat and I wasn’t able to finish it. Also, a little bit of raw onion on it would’ve made it perfect, but that’s just personal preference. The fries were fresh out of the frier, haven’t had good fries in a while, and these were perfectly crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Also, they have homemade ketchup! It was delicious, you could really taste the tomato. I do wish it was slightly smoother and less chunkier tho. But I can’t wait to go back and try the other burgers on their menu!

Fantastic Pakistani halal burger spot in Dekalb Hall Marketplaces. Totally loved the classic Jani (beef patty served with grilled tomato and green chutney ❤️❤️❤️). Get it with the masala fries and their really delicious red sauce and you have a great meal already.

I have never tried Pakistanian food before. It is very similar to middle eastern food. I tried the Backyard burger and the fried chicken sandwich. Server behind the counter was extremely nice and courteous. He apologized for the delayplenty of times. Definitely worth the 15 minute wait.

My go-to power meal place at City Point, BK Jani never fails to deliver health-aligned (I’m on a ketogenic diet), sumptuous, and authentic-tasting Pakistani and quasi-Indian/Mediterranean fare… Be warned, though: if you pick ‘hot’ on their three-scale spicy-meter, it’s really H-O-T. Do as my wife does to be safe: have a Mild Chicken Tikka with a side of Grilled Veggies. Superb!

SO WHEN YOU ORDER A BUTGER AND ASK FOR IT TO BE WELL DONE AND YOU GET RARE AND PINK IT’S QUESTIONABLE PERHAPS THE MEANINGLESS CHATTER BETWEEN THE WORKERS NEEDS TO CEASE IN ORDER TO GET THE ORDERS CORRECT! I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR A WELL DONE BURGER! I COULDN’TEAT IT SO I WASTED $16 AND IT WASN’T WORTH IT OVER PRICED AND UNCOOKED I WANT A REFUND AND WILL CONTACT THE MANAGER ABOUT IT!
