Each time of going into this place, it’s all been great and wonderful. Except for this last time of going in. Usually I have a great time and even with our waitress, only this last time in there it was very different. My drinks normally are wonderful, but the drink I had tasted awful and very much unlike what I had there when ordering that drink and other drinks, too. I honestly wish she would have given me the other drink that I had named off first, too. I couldn’t even finish off that drink entirely because of the awkward taste that the drink had this time. But really, overall, this is a really great place for food, and you most of the time get a waitress that is very great all around and comes to your table often to check up on everything and just to see how you’re doing overall. The food is really great, too, and is most definitely a reason that I often go back there whenever I do get the chance to get out that way. When I normally do get out that way, I make sure to go to the place more than just once. This last time, though, I just did go in the only one time. Hopefully, next time, I will have a different waitress and a whole lot better of an experience.

Husband and I went for anniversary diner on Friday night for prime rib. Generous portion cooked perfectly with nice vegetable medley and garlic mashers. Service was 5 star. Scott took wonderful care of us start to finish! Loved watching the chef and assistants prepare everything from a distance. Accolades to the crew.

We decided to switch up our date night and try something new. We saw online some pictures and several good reviews so we decided to give Bistro 743 a try. The online menu didn’t match the menu that we were given. The menu in person had significantly less items and was more expensive.

The food is kinda pricey but it tastes amazing, and the staff is so friendly. I had my menu tasting today for my wedding and they were phenomenal! The food was delicious and they are very accommodating to special requests as well. I’m very pleased.

It’s located inside Doubletree Hilton Hotel so it’s a little more expensive than we expected. But the service and the food were exceptional! I ordered a chicken sandwich without cheese, when it came there was cheese on it. When our server realized that, she immediately picked it up. She asked if it’s a food allergy. I told her I can’t have dairy. She said she’ll have them remake it so that I won’t have to worry. She came right back and asked if I’d like to have my sweet potato fries so my husband’s dinner wouldn’t get cold waiting on my food to return. The manager brought out my dinner when it was ready. He apologized and waited to be sure I was happy.

I ordered the white pizza and a Dr. Pepper. The pizza was pretty gross and the Dr. Pepper tasted like a mixture of root beer and something else. Definitely not Dr. Pepper. I asked for mashed potatoes instead….nothing great. I ended up getting a bag of popcorn from the front desk and just ate that. The guy that waited on me was nice but none of the staff was very attentive. I sat without anyone checking on me for quite a while. If you need a drink In sure it will suffice but the food isn’t great.

The blackened chicken with corn cakes was an amazing dish. My partner really enjoyed the meat loaf, too. Bread pudding and blueberry marscapone cake were also phenomenal. And fabulous service – friendly, quick, and super helpful. We’ll be back!
