We ordered the Plov Samarkand, dumplings, Kuurdak, and fries, and I have to say the food itself was excellent. Every dish was flavorful, well-prepared, and felt authentic. The dumplings and plov especially stood out—it was hearty and perfectly seasoned. The restaurant’s décor was also quite nice, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that matched the style of the cuisine.
Unfortunately, the overall experience was let down by two big issues: the service and the cleanliness. The service felt unprofessional and inattentive, which made the meal less enjoyable. Even worse, there were so many flies buzzing around that it completely ruined the dining experience. No matter how tasty the food was, it’s hard to enjoy it when you’re constantly swatting away insects.
In short, the food was genuinely delicious, but the hygiene concerns overshadowed what could have been a wonderful meal.

Starting from a very first step in, the girl at the front always nice and friendly! She’s really making the huge impact on your impressions from this place! Don’t forget to tip her, bc she seems to be in charge of almost every process except cooking, and she handles it perfectly! Not sure if there’s any other servers, but she was there all my visits
As for food? It’s good, delicious and surprisingly affordable priced! Love their Samarkand plov, especially if you’re with 1-2 friends, they have a huge plate option for $25-30. So a really good lunch with salad, bread and tea would cost yall around $50 in total. Can you believe it? Eating out for this amount not junk food, but a top tier cuisine in 2026?
The only thing I don’t like personally is other people who’s staring at you with judgemental and evaluative glaze, being all ears on what you chatting about. Like chill we all just came here to eat? But I guess it’s all about some certain mentality and culture, hehe

Placed an order for a burger and my experience was just okay. The burger was a bit of a letdown – it was dry and not as juicy as I had hoped.
It wasn’t terrible, but it didn’t live up to my expectations either. The flavors were decent, but the dryness really took away from the overall enjoyment.
But On the plus side, the environment was very clean and welcoming. It looks like the place is owned by Uzbeki people, which adds an interesting cultural touch.
Hopefully they’ll improve in the future.

I recently visited this place and food was delicious, I had a plov and also I had mastava with bread. However they need to work on service and have to teach how to serve a bread because I saw that server was holding a bread on hand without any plate and gloves or even napkin, and she just put the bread on the table that I think was cleaned by dirty rag. And I was not alone, I was with my friends who ordered at the same time but unfortunately my order was served first and my friends got after long time that made my dishes got cold.
Actually I think it can be better and it is good, like some kind of this experience.

Every time I want to get something to eat from them, something unpleasant happens. I was shortchanged on one dish before, and today I ordered hot meat to go, but when I arrived, I discovered they’d served me cold meat. They were very attentive, and there was a long wait.

I was hesitant to come bc of the bad reviews but I’m so glad I did. I decided to give it a chance myself DONT let those reviews stop you!!!!! The food was hot fresh and SOO good the zinger was delicious and crispy and the Nashville was SUPER SPICY AND YUMMY!!!! The owners were so nice everyone greets you like they’ve known you forever. I’m so happy w this food.

1 Star off for bad smell from drain in bathroom. 5-stars for a well balanced “Plov Samarkand” (“beef, rice, carrot”) plate with a variety of vegetables and for presentability.
The steak was perfectly done as it was burnt on the tips slightly. I was really expecting this place to serve Bison meat burgers and that’s the only reason I decided to stop in, dissappointed at first but have tried Halal food before and thought I’d give this restaurant a chance.
The hostess/cashier was polite and attentive but needs to speak up with more confidence. She whispers, I could barely hear what she says.

The worst food I have tried so far this year, plov, kuurdak and pelmeni were just terrible, too salty, like the chef did it on purpose, we didn’t eat inside cause it has the worst interior, we couldn’t even sit in it, so we took food back home, and it was just terrifying!!! Threw away all food, it’s disgusting!
