I attempted to place an order but while in line I watched one of the employees mop the dining area floor. Then right as I was approaching the counter, the same employee stored the mop & bucket on the back wall then proceeded fulfill orders. He grabbed the fries out the freezer and dropped them in the grease then he bagged a cheesesteak combo meal. When I brung it to the cashier’s attention he stated “it’s ok cause he has gloves on, all the dirt is in the gloves” and proceeded to ask me for my order. I declined seeing at though the first employee never washed his hands nor changed his gloves from mopping to food prepping.

Ordered food for delivery, which arrived very quicky via uber. The chicken california was good, The old school cheese steak was very basic & not worth the money. Wings were kind of chewy. The chocolate milkshake was more like chocolate milk. Wouldn’t order from charleys again just because it wasn’t worth what we paid.

Just don’t go. Terrible. Take the ride to white marsh mall one. Cold fries, cold cheese, cold sub. Sloppy and took 35 mins to give the order away to someone else and had to be remade. And was still cold.

The best steak and cheese i stopped by on a visit while my car was broken down in walmart parking I was extremely hungry while getting the food and eating a gentlemen I met was my relative working in the back which made me even more happy on the visit.
