5 full stars! The staff is so sweet and helpful. The food is incredible. I cannot wait to return. I’d 10/10 recommend this place to anyone, but come hungry. The cinnamon roll is the best ever- crispy outside and soft middle with plenty of frosting. I halved this with my husband and halved my chicken biscuit and was more than full and had leftovers. Prepare for leftovers!

Wow! I ordered the Loaded Rooster. The fried chicken was so juicy and flavorful, and the tomato gravy was some of the best I’ve ever had. I couldn’t get enough of it. My mom ordered the Pork Savage Bizkit and raved about the sausage gravy. The spices were abundant, and the gravy was not too runny or thick. We ordered a cinnamon swirl bizkit to go, and it was basically a huge homemade cinnamon roll covered in icing. What’s not to love? We can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu. The service was great, and the atmosphere was comfortable.

This place is delicious! My husband had the Not Your Mama’s Biskit and gravy and I had The Rooster. The biscuits are sooo good and their sausage gravy tasted like homemade. The chicken on the Rooster was tender and juicy, and the jalapeño jelly was so tasty . The people are very nice and friendly. Will definitely go back!

Felt like home, the second I walked through door! I was greeted by a gentleman and instantly welcomed, shook my hand, explained the menu and ordering process. Everyone that came in and ate while I was there was greeted with a warm smile and conversation accompanied by the hearty laughter of the gentleman (I presume he is the owner). The decor of the restaurant was charmingly southern and the menu items had creative and fun names. The food was PHENOMENAL!! I had the Mr. V’s Southern Loaded Chicken Biskit and it was DEVINE! Biskit consisted of 2 homemade biskits and between was a generous portion of fried chicken, fried egg, bacon, and cheddar cheese. This is all topped by a silky smooth savory sausage gravy! The coating on the chicken was light, crispy, and cooked to perfection! I HIGHLY recommend stopping by and eating here on a regular basis! Restaurant is open Wednesday-Saturday.

We got the Mr. V’s Southern style loaded biskit, the Rooster Biskit and the loaded hashbrowns. The ENTIRE family is so courteous, generous and professional. Their southern charm and hospitality make me happy and eager to continue supporting family owned businesses such as this one. (We were passing through from TX to explore part of the Whiskey Trail, and we are glad we got a hotel in the Cleveland area to be able to find this gem)

I was in North GA for the weekend and planned a motorcycle ride for Saturday morning. I love visiting small/family owned restaurants and I love home-cooked meals. After some internet searching, I found a little place called Biscuit NV in Cleveland, TN. It was roughly a 90 minute drive to get there but the roads are so beautiful in that area – I decided to make the trip.

I had the rooster biskit sub goat cheese for cheddar cheese. Biscuit, egg, and chicken were cooked to perfection. Toppings paired perfectly. Environment was extremely welcoming. It is a little pricey, but you get a ton of food and love supporting local!
