Overall this place is good. We decided to try it and for the most part did not disappoint. Overall I was happy with the food BUT I did 4 stars because with a place like this I do have an expectation of fresh food. The hasbrowns were just ok felt they were frozen and did not have much flavor. The omelet I got was good and the biscuits do love up to the name! Overall worth a visit for breakfast. Next round i want to try the breakfast pizza. Will be back by may skip on the hashbrowns.

This review is for Biscuit House, located at 3900 FM 3009 in Schertz. I was looking to try a new brunch/breakfast spot and came across this place on Yelp, glad I did.
The building is easy to find, situated next to Randolph Dental and across the street from Take 5 Oil Change. Parking is straightforward. The restaurant shares an outdoor lot with several neighboring businesses, and there was plenty of parking directly in front, including clearly marked handicapped spaces, plus an additional row across from the restaurant.
Inside, the space is open, comfortable, and very clean. The interior seating is well maintained, and staff were consistently attentive to keeping the dining area tidy throughout the visit. The setup feels relaxed and inviting, and it is also nice to see that outdoor seating is available if you prefer fresh air.
The food was excellent. I ordered the veggie omelette with added avocado and turkey, which was savory and well balanced. The hash browns were well seasoned with a good pepper profile, and the white chocolate latte stood out in particular. It did not have the artificial syrup aftertaste that is common at many places, which made it especially enjoyable.
Service is what truly made the visit stand out. Jacqueline was friendly, attentive, and helpful from start to finish. She checked in at the right moments, answered questions without rushing, and kept everything running smoothly. As a thoughtful bonus, I was also given an extra pastry, which was a pleasant surprise and a great example of genuine hospitality.
If you are looking for a casual breakfast or coffee spot with a clean environment, quality food, and staff who clearly care about the customer experience, Biscuit House is well worth a visit. Keep up the great work, Jacqueline and Biscuit House Schertz.

This was the perfect place for breakfast. It was clean, food was hot and fresh, and service was friendly and fast.
There are so many options, but our eggs were cooked perfectly and the home fries were my amazing! The biscuit was also delicious. I am so happy we stopped here on our vacation. When we come back to San Antonio, we will definitely stop by again!

Food is very basic. It is very generic. Nothing really homemade maybe the biscuits but that’s even questionable. It’s just a very basic breakfast that they try to make fancy. Did not have a good experience with the girl on the counter when asking questions about the menu The food was just very bland. Inexpensive for breakfast food I don’t see myself coming back.

I really liked the place and enjoyed the food. My plate was sweeter than expected but it’s because of the sweet potato and that’s up to me, the food was delicious. There is a small outside area with a couple of outdoor games so kids can have fun while parents eat on the tables right next to them. Unfortunately this place is very far away from my home, but I will definitely stop by whenever I am back in that side of the city.

The food was great . Everything was cooked really well. I really enjoyed my bacon, and biscuit. The portions were big. I made a sandwich out of the egg, bacon and biscuit . My wife had a beautiful plate too and we took a scone to go. Overall we had a nice experience but be ready to pay for the quality. I will definitively try more plates.

Read this first…9.1.2025(Labor Day). The Biscuit House- Schertz has been open for about one year now. There’s Plenty of parking with handicap spaces as well. Walking up to the restaurant you notice there is outside and inside seating. When you walk inside you veer to the right and you have to pay for your meal first before you can sit. Once you pay, you can seat yourself where ever there is open seating. In my personal opinion “I believe by paying first and not having to wait at the end of your meal to pay helps to open up seating faster”. I had the full biscuit breakfast, it comes with two delicious biscuits with gravy (fyi, I never eat anyones biscuitsand gravy but this was the best I have ever had). The plate also came with two sausage links, 2 slices of crisp and perfectly cooked bacon, well seasoned and cook hash browns, and two fluffy scrambled eggs with cheese . I also ordered the seasonal pumpkin waffle waffle with wip cream, candied pecans with warm apple slices . For a drink, I added a Latte, and I was surprised at how tasty and creamy this latte ☕️ was. Do yourself a favor and go to this location and try the food. The best thing about Biscuit House- Schertz is that the servers come by your table along with the manager about every 7 – 10 minutes to ask if you need anything. They were super polite and well mannered. If your wondering why do they have a 3.9 rating on Google it’s because when they first started they had to figure some things out but now they have great food and drinks along with great service. Well done Biscuit House- Schertz.

Great atmosphere, amazing top notch service. Our kids loved the food! Husband absolutely loved the bacon its cooked to perfection! I prefer a sweeter biscuit but you can tell they were fresh and homemade i think.

We visited for the first time on Saturday Morning, January 31, and I was genuinely so happy with the experience from the moment we walked in. The service was wonderful, and the young blonde cashier at the front was truly one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. Even with a very busy Saturday morning crowd, they accommodated us quickly and efficiently, which made us feel very taken care of.
The food was amazing. Hot, fresh, and full of flavor. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be coming back and recommending this restaurant to our friends and family!!

Such a great breakfast spot. Jackie was incredibly kind and welcoming when we placed our order. The food and coffee was absolutely delicious!! I ordered the Rise and Shine and swapped the meat for turkey sausage, and honestly it was the best breakfast I’ve had in the northeast area. The coffee was also so good and strong, just how I like it. 🙂
